⁣
A large Cochrane review of 100+ studies found that exercise reduces falls in adults over 60 by about 23%. Programs that combine strength AND balance work best, cutting falls by about a third. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁, 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺.⁣

Saw a fellow @foxrehab therapist @amanda_cable1 rocking one of these stickers and immediately thought, I need that! 🧡⁣
Then I thought... why stop at me? So I ordered one for my whole 𝗙𝗼𝘅 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯 team. PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP: every discipline represented, because none of us do this work alone and it’s the crew that shows up for our older adults every single day. 🦊 ⁣
