50 YEARS around the sun!! ☀️ 🙏🏾and I wanted to celebrate in a way that truly reflects where I am in life. 🫶🏾

Instead of receiving, I chose to GIVE. For this milestone birthday, I hosted a Pilates party, not just to move our bodies, but to share the gift of wellness, self-care, and community with some AMAZING women from my tribe. 💕

This season of life is about strength, gratitude, and pouring into others as much as I pour into myself. Movement has been such a source of healing and joy for me, and I couldn’t think of a better way to honor this chapter than to celebrate it with the people I love, moving together in alignment and intention. 🧘🏾‍♀️

Here’s to 50 years of lessons, love, and growth… and to the decades ahead, FULL of wellness, abundance, and giving from the heart. 🧘🏽‍♀️💫

Yesterday was an incredible day! We gathered with other clinicians and watched the movie Below the Belt (a Documentary on Endometriosis) and discussed how we can make things better for our patients. It was an interdisciplinary discussion from some incredible providers as well as Physical Therapy students in the beginning of their careers.

Congratulations to @optimizetherapeutic for completing an intensive weekend mentoring in the studio. Our goal was to build confidence and intuitive cadence with transitions. Maping a course of therapy is unique to each receiver and frame of time. It takes patience and experience to cultivate the magic of a functional bodyworker on the Mat.

Just 2 weeks away graduation @avalonmassageschool

My take:
•I've learned valuable information.
•Opened my mind to TCM and other modalities
•Built great relationships with awesome people
•Challenged to reach my potential as a LMT
•Confident in my practice thanks to endless support offered by @avalonmassageschool & @cams_hands_lmt & @coachkasie
•Sad that this chapter is coming to a close.

Thank you everyone for this phenomenal experience. It's time for me to make a difference in people's lives.
