Today is the big day!!!!

After months of anticipation and preorders, my book, Uncomplicated Leadership, has now hit digital shelves!!

I am both nervous and happy that the world gets to read something that I put my heart and soul into.

Last month, I went to Barbados to surprise my dad for his 77th birthday with a copy of the book.

It begins with a story about him, so I thought it only right that he and my mom got the very first copy.

It truly made my year to share that special moment with the two people who are the inspiration behind everything I do on this earth.

Now, I get to share this moment with you!

I could ask you to invest in this book for yourself or someone else because we’re LinkedIn friends.

But that’s not a good enough reason, and it’s not the real reason I want you to get it either.

I’ve never believed in anything as much as I do the Uncomplicated Leadership philosophy.

Even before I put it on paper, I had seen how the concepts worked for successful leaders, and what happened when they weren’t present.

I’ve seen the teams that thrive when they have good leaders, and those that suffer with high turnover and disengagement when their leaders underperform.

I’ve seen the umpteen leadership programs, assessments, frameworks, culture matches rolled out in organizations in efforts to improve leadership effectiveness and drive greater retention, and I’ve watched them fall flat.

That’s why I am so passionate about sharing Uncomplicated Leadership with you, and anyone else I get in contact with (I literally will not shut up about it).

I 100% believe that if more leaders could read this book, we could begin transforming organizations right now.
