Paula racing to finish as runner up at State!! “I didn’t know what to think… I was used to being like 100th” Her first time racing Elementary School 2K (instead of Middle School 3k) since they regulated ages this year. Great job Pod !!! 💪🏼🤩🔥🔥 by @runjwebb

Passing the year and 1/2 mark being mom of 5!! 🥰 Some days easier than others but honestly I feel like it’s no different than 2 since I got the experience and the older ones help. Dude man is awesome … they are growing up fast and I’m trying to stay young 😁 by @runjwebb

I had 1 goal in mind when I stepped on the 11 PM flight for an 8:01 AM race. Make sure I have fun ….this might explain the “minute off my time” result 🤭🫣😂 Was this more important goals accomplished … ?? 🧐💪🏼✅ #seriousbusiness #USChamps #ElectricBlue #howdidwegetsocool #wegotIT by @runjwebb

Masters US Champs 5K in Atlanta GA. Top 3 with these incredible women! Emotional rollercoaster. Almost went back home yesterday afternoon in Fort Lauderdale. Drank a mocha at 6 PM and did my 2nd run of the day around Dania Beach port on Saturday night to get my mojo up and courage back (this cost me the most). 2 AM Airbnb arrival. Rise and shine 5 AM. 8 AM start. Steph Pezz pulled away easily and fighting batteries for racing and giving it everything were drained before it began.

Beautiful cold perfect conditions.. hills that I was not ready for (thanks FL 🥲) 18:41 - basically a MINUTE off my goal but I knew that was shot when I was balling my eyes out when the gate attendants told me I didn’t have a seat on my flight. The battle became showing up and making it worth the trip. Definitely was !!! That goal accomplished. 💪🏼

Throwback Thursday to my 90s bowl cut. ✂️I had enough with the brushing and styling. I took off on my bike and went into Cost Cutters and told them no rat tail just the bowl cut. “Are your parents ok with this?” I didn’t ask but said “they don’t care.” My mom then got the “I used to have all boys” comments from grandmas at church 😜🌈👾🎮📼 by @runjwebb

16 years ago today ❤️❤️ Last weekend prob the best date in 10 + years. I laughed til I cried 3 times… even if you permanently look like your passport mug shot I DEFINITELY would still say yes 💍😳🤣 I love you Alan #waxanniversary by @runjwebb

There’s this thing in Florida that makes running as fast as you can for more than a few minutes really hard… HIGH CONCENTRATE of WATER in the AIR. AMU Home Meet last night in the “not recommended for any kind of fast running” category…Dewpoint 77°. Again! Over 75°“we advise you to just run and not worry about your time”. Ummmm….

I had the privilege to race and wanted to improve since my one (23:01) — Finished in 22:53 for 6K 😅 Last effort 11/10 this one 9/10. Prob bc we had a water stop !!! The daily rain also made the fields /half the course really squishy. Which I LOVE. Bad footing in cross country courses = Julia’s favorite things. ❤️ I reminded our women that this pace was as fast as 23 of 26 miles when I raced the marathon. “Add up to 45 seconds per mile for these conditions” on a YouTube heat video (post workout therapy) 😳 Humidity hill!!! 🏔️ The AMU team will be coming way down for their next race in Michigan!! 🔥🔥

Both girls raced and won this morning at the Marco Island invite!! 🏆 🏆 The dew point was 78 and Joanie pulled into the lead but was feeling terrible/nauseous. Anytime humidity is sky high she doesn’t quite make it to the finish line 🤢 With 400m to go she started to pick it up. 150m to go she fell to the ground throwing up - over and over it and she says mostly through her nose … I’m yelling at her to get up because 2nd place is coming. She looks back to see her 5m away , bolts to her feet and sprints to the finish (21:23 to 21:32 for runner up) - 3 wins in a row for the regular season !!! 💪🏼☘️

Paula had a really good day. She was not happy warming up so I told her be slow at the start and just pass people! 400m in she started to close in on the 2 leaders. She passed them and didn’t look back. She was 1 sec off her PR for her 2nd win of the season! 11:53.77 (Joanie ran 11:52.47 last year and she ran 13:34)! They were 14:06 and 14:24 in 2024. It’s so fun to see them keep improving !!! 😁 by @runjwebb

Dad didn’t drop the cake!!! Made by @alanwebb1 for Paula’s 11th bday celebration 🎉 we had the original 1980 Australian women’s cookbook referenced in @officialbluey so we had to go with Duck Cake !!! We love you Paula 🐥💗 by @runjwebb

We made it to Tallahassee!!! First 6k and 8k of the season for @amuwomensxctf @amuxc_men bright and early tomorrow morning at FSU Invite 🤩🔥🔥🔥 by @runjwebb

Webb girls dominated this morning!! The strategy that works: Don’t go out with the sprinters at the start. Run your race and just keep passing and staying on pace. They were both way back first 200. Paula 12:01 for 3K in Naples vs middle school and Joanie winning 2 in a row 20:07 for 5K at Fort Myers Invite 😀🌴🌞🌞 by @runjwebb

Most normal 43 year old moms of 5 kids would not beg their husband to take off and head to across the state to Miami to race some college girls on a Friday night …. It was really nice to finally get a race in!!! It felt like a fiery sauna of humidity (86° with 77° dewpoint 😮‍💨🥵).. each 2K feeling like I was burning alive and I somehow made it to the finish !! Almost hit my goal time (sub 23). Our team @amuwomensxctf raced here last year but has the weekend off … Thank you @alanwebb1 😊 Gabby, Bridget and I had fun! #floridarunner #humidity #humility #mastersxc by @runjwebb
