This year my heart is full.
Full of the love I found in nature, the quiet early morning beauty of life, the steady swim across oceans, and the abundance of wildlife that reminds me how beautiful creation really is. I saw God in every still morning, every long swim, every expanse of open water, mountain air, and moments where silence spoke louder than words.

From making so many friendships across the globe, to growing deeper in my faith day by day, to learning patience, discipline, knowing when to pull back, and trust in God’s timing. This year taught me how to slow down, to listen, and to be present where my feet are planted. Wherever in the world that may be.

Grateful for the places that humbled me, the experiences that shaped me, and the people who walked alongside me, whether for a moment or continually. Closing this year with gratitude, entering the next with faith, peace, and a heart open to whatever comes next.
