This journey keeps showing me that when you honor your purpose, the world opens in the most unexpected ways. Last Monday’s wellness segment was a reminder that our gifts make room for us….and to be able to share this with my firstborn, I am humbled✨

..Grateful for every lesson, every client, and every moment that led me here. May we all keep choosing ourselves, one intentional breath at a time🌹 #5yearsstrong by @sacredtouchco

A couple weeks ago, I was blessed to gather and nurture Black women for a weekend at a women’s retreat and I’m still carrying it with me.

I came to pour into every woman in that room, to offer care, softness, and a place to breathe. What I didn’t expect was how much the room would pour back into me.

As a mom, an entrepreneur, and a woman who gives constantly, I don’t always get to be on the receiving end. Being surrounded by women who laughed, rested, and showed up honestly reminded me that giving and receiving aren’t opposites. We were all filling each other’s cups.

To every woman who trusted me with her time and her peace…..Thank you✨ by @sacredtouchco

An exhibition built brick by brick, and we’re not stopping now.

Thank you to @sacredtouchandwellness for being a wonderful production collaborator and sponsor. Our community is full of talented people doing incredible work, and we’re grateful to build alongside partners who believe in it as much as we do.

This Black History Month, we are proud to spotlight Chantelle Love - founder of Sacred Touch and Wellness. @sacredtouchandwellness

Chantelle created Sacred Touch and Wellness as a holistic wellness practice offering therapeutic bodywork and healing services designed to restore the body, calm the mind, and renew the spirit. She works with clients of all ages - from children as young as five to elders - providing care that supports every stage of life.

“My goal has always been to bring people together, support healthy living, and encourage taking care of both ourselves and the earth,” says Chantelle.

With a background in dance, Chantelle carries the discipline and creativity of the arts into her leadership at Sacred Touch and Wellness. Inspired by Debbie Allen and her commitment to mentoring and community impact, she brings that same spirit of empowerment, artistry, and giving back into the spaces she creates.

“As a Black woman business owner, I’m building more than a spa,” says Chantelle. “I’m building a space where healing matters, where community is important, and where everyone is treated with kindness and respect.”

“Even though my practice is bodywork, I always tie in the total system - mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical,” she explains. “Everything is interconnected. When you’re depressed, that takes a toll on your body.”

Her work reminds us that wellness is not just about relaxation - it’s about caring for your body, your mind, and your spirit every day.

This month, we honor her leadership, her vision, and the positive impact she continues to make in her community.

Soft transitions deserve sacred care🌹

I’m honored to share that Sacred Touch and Wellness is now partnering with The Sheridan at Severna Park to bring nervous system-centered wellness into their senior community.

Through gentle restorative bodywork, sensory support for memory care, and wellness reset experiences, we’re creating moments of calm, comfort, and dignity for residents and their families navigating new chapters of life and to support aging intentionally.

When the nervous system feels safe, sleep improves, agitation softens, and connection deepens.

…..So grateful for aligned partnerships that understand wellness is more than an amenity its quality of life✨ by @sacredtouchco
