Updating my #actingreel has been a mix of emotions - it was wonderful to look back at the cool projects that I’ve worked on and the amazing people I’ve gotten to collaborate with. It was a reminder that I’m good at this and that I’m so glad to be pursing my dreams! However, it was also very frustrating because the industry is slow and it feels like it’s been forever since I’ve been on set. A lot of feelings of panic and insecurity. But we persist! I will continue to try and I will make use of the downtime as best I can. To all my fellow creatives - hold strong ❤️ #mondaymotivation #mondaymood #actor #mountainlionfilm #johnnydepp #kviff2023 #kviffjohnnydepp #soonbyyou #sliceanddeliver by @sagesaintjohn

Wonderful weekend in Colorado surprising my mom for her bday!! Group photo and then we were trying to get one of me and my niece and nephew when my parents fell off a swing 😂 a true America’s funniest home videos moment. So many lovely couch snuggles, family hugs, a tandem bike ride with my dad, and seeing Sara Bareille’s Good Grief tour! ❤️ Lots of feelings. Lots of love 💗 by @sagesaintjohn

Had an amazing time at Opening Night of the Outsiders at The Hollywood Pantages Theatre!! This production is stellar. The cast brings so much depth to their characters, and the staging is AMAZING. It is a heartbreaking show with so much powerful storytelling. The choreography, the fight scenes and how they use elements of the set in the dance numbers to help bring the story to life is truly beautiful. This cast 🤩 All smiles on the red carpet! Inside the theatre — some laughs, lots of applause, mouth agape in awe and a whole lot of tears 🥲 Thank you @itsrebeccaknowles for bringing me along!! Grateful for you ❤️ Congrats @hollywoodpantagestheatre and @outsidersmusical were wishing you an amazing LA run! Support Theatre my friends!! 🎭 #supporttheatre #openingnight #actor by @sagesaintjohn

30 YEARS of friendship. What a blessing!! Home is sometimes a place. Home is sometimes a feeling. Home is sometimes a person. A person who reminds you of who you truly are. Because they have seen every wild variation you have been so far and choose to love you anyway 😜 Em, we are both incredibly sexy, grown-ass women and at the same time insane little goobers 😂 and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you for coming to visit and making LA feel a little more like Home. Love you ❤️ @emilyewew by @sagesaintjohn

“My Way Home” is officially out on all streaming platforms! I truly think this might be the best song I’ve made to date. And the keytar solo is a lot of fun. It’s a tribute to my late cat Carly, who passed away last year. I was also inspired by the Avatar: The Last Airbender episode “Appa’s Lost Days”. The lore goes even deeper than that though. Last year, I was asked to write a song for @singmeastoryofficial. They pair up songwriters with children in need, and the children make up a prompt, which the songwriters write a song about. I picked a girl named Connie and her topic was “The Lost Cat”. “My Way Home” was the song that came out of that. The song ended up being so good that I just had to make a fully produced version of it. Although I wrote and produced this song, I want to turn everyone’s attention to the people who contributed: @ianobrien.00 (co-write, guitars), @sagesaintjohn (co-write, backing vocals), @phasemixes (mix), @tessgreenham (master), and @ibelcampbell (art). Happy listening! taken in Valley Village, CA by @sagesaintjohn
