Client — “it’s hard!!” Trainer — “but, did you die?” Working out is supposed to be challenging! Going to momentary muscular failure is hard but if you’re willing to push yourself, you will reap the benefits! But it’s hard to do that alone. That’s why it’s important to have a certified strength specialist with you! It’s about accountability and so much more. They track your progress, watch your form, keep you focused and distract you when the burn is burning 🔥. Thats why we train each other too!! 💪💪 Working out sucks — but our workouts are only 30 minutes!! And highly effective. Interested in trying us out? “My Way Home” is officially out on all streaming platforms! I truly think this might be the best song I’ve made to date. And the keytar solo is a lot of fun. It’s a tribute to my late cat Carly, who passed away last year. I was also inspired by the Avatar: The Last Airbender episode “Appa’s Lost Days”. The lore goes even deeper than that though. Last year, I was asked to write a song for @singmeastoryofficial. They pair up songwriters with children in need, and the children make up a prompt, which the songwriters write a song about. I picked a girl named Connie and her topic was “The Lost Cat”. “My Way Home” was the song that came out of that. The song ended up being so good that I just had to make a fully produced version of it. Although I wrote and produced this song, I want to turn everyone’s attention to the people who contributed: @ianobrien.00 (co-write, guitars), @sagesaintjohn (co-write, backing vocals), @phasemixes (mix), @tessgreenham (master), and @ibelcampbell (art). Happy listening!
