Three gold medals to win the USAW North American Open Series in Calgary, Canada!!
🥇🥇🥇
PRs in every lift and a 5/6 day! 50 kg snatch to win gold, 64 kg C&J to win gold, and gold in total in the 45kg class!

This cycle was really fun because it was my first time running @weightlifting.ai. Turns out that Robot @max_aita knows what's up, and the AI program has been an awesome way at targeting my weaknesses and helping me better auto-regulate my training. Thanks to @team_aita, @weightlifting_house and @seb_ostrowicz for all their work releasing the app this year! Can't wait to see where Weightlifting AI takes me!

The biggest thanks to my amazing coach @joannaita7 who has been there for me for so many years, the Olympic weightlifting crew over @Equinox who is willing to do extra quarter squats to share a rack with me, and the guy who is there for it all, @hamiltonnguyen.

So grateful for this experience, for @usa_weightlifting in their work growing the sport, and more importantly all my weightlifting friends who have supported me throughout this journey to the top of the podium!

PS here is a bonus deadlift just to keep some super total spirit alive. taken in 7 Chiefs Sportsplex/chief Jim Starlight Fieldhouse by @sallyannfrench

Flew to Malaga, hiked to the top of their castle, then boarded a cruise with @your.financegf in Spain and Italy and we ended up hiking 20 miles when it docked in Cinque Terre!

Then bopped over to Barcelona to meet my family to watch Stage 1 of the Tour de France, and did some bike riding of our own! by @sallyannfrench

Went to Taiwan with @hamiltonnguyen, ate a bunch of street food (except not stinky tofu), did lots of urban hiking, enjoyed the Taiwanese pastries at Starbucks, lost a lot of claw machines, met up with @tinytiff97 and @amayamarieb on the last day and then ran into the one and only @tigawa on the Elephant Mountain trail!! by @sallyannfrench
