Adventure girl at heart, and Chukka did NOT disappoint!

From the adrenaline rush to simply embracing every moment, this experience was everything an adventure girl could ask for!

CHECK. DETECT. PROTECT

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we had the opportunity to take a volunteer to get their mammogram done. My volunteer took an important step in prioritizing her health by having her very first mammogram at Apex Radiology @apexradiology

Her experience is a reminder that we must continue encouraging women to prioritize their health, overcome any fears or uncertainties surrounding screening, and have conversations for further clarity as it pertains to the process.

A heartfelt thank you to the Miss Jamaica World Organization @missjamaicaworld and the wonderful team at Apex Radiology @apexradiology for helping to make this experience possible.

I had the privilege of sharing my advocacy @specialja_ a mission deeply rooted in my heart and a reminder that every smile deserves care, dignity, and inclusion. As a dental surgeon, I have witnessed how barriers to oral healthcare can leave persons with disabilities underserved and unheard. Through Special JA, I am committed to changing that narrative, advocating for accessibility, and building a future where disability never determines the quality of care one receives.

Round 2 | Head-to-Head Challenge

I had the opportunity to speak about the fact that financial literacy is not a privilege; it is a necessity. Financial knowledge is more than understanding money. It is the foundation for making informed decisions, independence, and working towards a future filled with possibilities.

To aspire is to inspire, and I am grateful for every opportunity to serve with a purpose.

The competition is heating up! Our Miss Jamaica World 2026 contestants brought beauty, elegance and confidence to the runway last night at The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel for our highly anticipated Beach Beauty Fast Track Challenge!

And our top three dazzled their way to the finish:

🥇 WINNER — Seana’kaye Wright – Miss Southdale Hardware and Glass Supplies
🥈 2nd Place — Matea Mahal Smith – Miss Aveeno

Sunday was a beautiful afternoon of awareness, empowerment, and community!

I was delighted to attend the Pink Table Talk Health Fair at Devon House, in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Breast cancer awareness goes beyond wearing pink; it’s about educating ourselves, encouraging early detection, supporting those affected, and reminding one another that our health matters. Early detection can save lives, and conversations like these help make a difference. 🎀🩷

All work and no play? Who wouldn’t want a night out to unwind, relax, and enjoy a little fun!🤗🎭

I had the pleasure of attending the Father Ho Lung Sugar Cain Show, and what a fantastic evening it was!

As much as we dedicate ourselves to working hard and pursuing our goals, it is equally important to take a moment to recharge, embrace joy, and appreciate the beauty of experiences that allow us to simply enjoy the moment.

I won’t lie, there were moments when I wanted to slow down.

But somewhere between the exhaustion, the encouragement, and reminding myself why I started, I realized something...you don’t have to feel strong every step of the way to keep moving forward.
