@lucibothamm photoshoot photos!!💙

Never been so proud of Luci, as I know 100% that a photoshoot is TRULEY, COMPLETELY out of her comfort zone.

And look… she did it!!!!!!!!!

Luci is a busy Mum of two beautiful kids and her life is pretty hectic. However, this doesn’t stop her. But it does mean we need to adapt.

She doesn’t have the same 24 hours in a day.
She has school pick ups and drop-offs, after school clubs, putting dinner on and taking the kids to bed as well as managing a full-time job and running a household all on her own.

Keeping on top of her fitness isn’t easy and not her first priority. But that doesn’t mean she can’t work towards fitness goals.

They have to be realistically set, within a reasonable timeframe and there will have to be adaptations because she has other things that take priority. We make it work, she makes it work.

In the last year we focused on building a good amount of muscle, which in the final picture you can see just how much she’s grown!! We used this photoshoot as an end goal within her diet to help her focus and look forward to something at the end.

i’m so proud of her… now into the next goal💪🏼

Halloween 2026 🎃

A holiday that we are both obsessed with!! It started off with a trip Alton towers one year, to now tulleys farm and thorpe park. Every year we have done something.

The best weekend, with the best company😈
Completed with reece on the graft or just trying to be naughty…

1- Flirted with the fast track workers on one of the mazes at tulleys farm and managed to bribe her with £10 to get us in!😂 it was that or only have 1 maze left. The bribe gave us enough time for 3 more… worth it.
2- Snuck in the cue cause of the ways the barriers were left at throw park and skipped a 45 minute cue
3- Got a fist bump from one of the thorpe park actors
4- Tried to jump scare all the actors by hiding behind the wall if they were following us 🫪😂

Honest review though?

Thorpe park is a complete rip off. Not as into Halloween as Alton towers and tulleys farm. Cost us over £100 for the day ticket (which we didn’t use as we just wanted scare mazes) and then also more cash for the mazes! Worth it if you want to go on rides… Reece can’t fit.

Tulleys farm is a MUST go. If you haven’t been, just be prepared for the best time of your life!!!! 👻

Guildford is the most beautiful town outside of London FYI!🩷 by @saniakelly__

3 months working with @k.h_bikini_ 😈

When she steps on that stage her goal is to NOT look like a first timer… so we will make that happen!!

She’s currently on the first timer package, which means every week we are making improvements (1x posing session / 3x posing check-ins a month).

We focused on her poses to begin with, as well as her transitional ones to ensure they met the NPC criteria based off of her current physique. The last couple of weeks we’ve been playing around with transitions, finding her style, working on relaxing her arm movement, choreographing her HANDS🤨😂 and building her confidence within her routine.

This is the current routine so far and both of us are IN LOVE🩷 by @saniakelly__

My I-walk moment ✨

The presentation. The moment it all came together. The pro debut.

Made and choreographed beautifully by @sania_limitlessflowposing

Moments to reflect and look back on for a lifetime…

Snippets from my glute session on Tuesday 🎥

Tried out this new exercise (slide 5) cause I saw @megmlifts do it and her gloootes are a slayyy… absolutely FRICKEN burnt my booty. Really hurt, especially as i did it at the very end of my session🫠

It’s taken me YEAR’s to really master activating and targeting my glutes in all these movements. It’s very easy to use your quads, lower back and shift your hips to get lots of the weight moving in these exercises, but once you get that glute 🫪😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 ooo babyyyy your life is about to change.

A lot of my girls over at @reignitecoachingg want to grow a big batty, so we focus MASSIVELY on form. It’s not easy… it takes time and alot of tantrums but it’s so worth it. However, it is easier to demonstrate when in person so that’s why I’m hosting a lil coffee and glute day next month with then so we can really focus on form to ensure that in the summer they have sass and ass😈

2 months worth of progress… all done to the first timers package! @limitlessflowposingg

Ella has worked stupidly hard on her posing these last 8 weeks and to think she’s not competing for months yet… and she’s already this far ahead is amazing.

She will go into her prep feeling less stressed, not rushed and confident around her posing, exactly how it should be!🩷

The first timers package includes (monthly):

1x posing session (online or in person)
3x posing check-ins
Access to the prep room
First access to available posing sessions
Discounts on all events hosted by LFP only.

It’s a great package for anyone looking to compete next year for the first timer!🫡 by @saniakelly__

My first amateur Olympia ⭕️🇮🇹

The biggest stage I’ve been on so far!! Some tough competition as expected but came away with 🥈and couldn’t be happier x

The goal for this show was to go up there and just enjoy every second, stay present and of course improve from the last 🫶🏼

I knew going into this show I wanted to slow down with my posing as I have the habit of rushing when I get nervous. Some deep breaths, visualisation and of course some back stage run throughs did the trick

My posing was the best it’s felt so far this season. My routine was the best I’ve performed it. I wasn’t rushing and took my time to ENJOY performing 🩷

@sania_limitlessflowposing we came up with the most beautiful routine 🫶🏼✨

I can’t wait to go again x by @saniakelly__

Girls… you’ve got to commit. You have to commit to the GROWING PHASE!!!!🩷

You’ve done another diet this year, and you’re disappointed. Not because you weren’t lean enough, but because you feel like all the hard work you’ve put into the gym over the last few months has led to nothing.

You’ve been training consistently, showing up day after day, and thinking that’s enough to make progress🤨

Let me tell you something… If you want to build muscle, you need to commit to the growing phase.

That means:

✨Training hard and progressively getting stronger.
✨Eating enough food to fuel your training and support muscle growth.
✨Staying consistent, even when you can’t see the changes happening just yet.

Because if you want to have the glutes even when you’re dieted down for summer, you need to actually build that muscle first.

So, this winter, let’s commit to the growing phase. Let’s stop chasing being leaner and start focusing on actually making PROGRESS.

Let’s build strength, build muscle and give your body the time it needs to grow!!🫶🏽

So that when your next diet comes around, you’re not just a smaller version of yourself… you’re a stronger and you have a physique you feel genuinely confident in. 🫶🏼

If you feel like you’re in this constant cycle and don’t know how to get out of it… let me help you🩷

If you feel like you’re stuck in this constant cycle of dieting, losing progress and never quite achieving the physique you want, let me help you break that cycle.

**Let’s use this winter to build the foundations for a completely different physique by next summer.**

@sophiechedgzoy has absolutely NAILED this routine 😮‍💨🩷🏆

Sophie first came to me after winning her qualifying show, where, as the overall bikini winner, she won posing sessions and check-ins with me! 🫶🏽

From there, we made SO much progress heading into the finals, where she went on to win her PRO CARD!! 🥹✨

But we didn’t stop there… 👀

Sophie then decided to compete at @naturalbbworldwide, which meant more posing check-ins, more refining, and more work to make sure her routine was truly PRO WORTHY!! 🏆

This is exactly why I’m always telling my girlies that you should be striving to improve with EVERY show. There is always something to learn from your previous performance, something to refine, and something you can do better next time. 💗

And in Sophie’s case, the level of competition kept getting HIGHER and HIGHER!

She went from amateur competitors ➡️ a finals line-up ➡️ international-level natural pro bikini girls.

Each stage brought a new challenge, so her posing had to evolve with it. We needed to make sure her routine highlighted her strongest assets and showcased her physique in the best possible way against the girls she was standing next to. 👏🏽

Not only was her physique changing throughout prep, but her confidence on stage was growing too! And when those things change, your posing needs to adapt with them. ✨

You should never be stagnant with your posing. There is ALWAYS room to grow, improve and become a better version of yourself on stage.

Sophie understood that, trusted the process and WANTED to keep improving and this is the result! 🩷

So proud of you!!!!! 🥹💕
