Meet Shi En, Founder of Beam!

She really loves movement, especially yoga, and believes that some of the greatest joys in life are often the most simple: unbound movement, music that resonates with your body, and human connection.

She’s currently obsessed with single-leg balances and stabiliser strength, which means lots of half moons have worked their way into her classes as of late 😝
