Meet Shi En, Founder of Beam!

She really loves movement, especially yoga, and believes that some of the greatest joys in life are often the most simple: unbound movement, music that resonates with your body, and human connection.

She’s currently obsessed with single-leg balances and stabiliser strength, which means lots of half moons have worked their way into her classes as of late 😝

Come catch her at one of our classes next week:
3 Nov at RASA
630PM Vinyasa
745PM Mob+Flex

8 Nov at Nowhere Baths
9AM Slow Flow

9 Nov at AIR CCCC

Movement 7 | Submersion

A weekly mix to move with, breathe with, or simply be with.

Every track, transition, and pause: shaped with the understanding that music is an art form that holds us through motion and stillness alike.

We hope this week’s mantra and movement meditation help you find presence in your practice.

Simple choice to make: One day or Day 1.

Make a choice to make it ✨Day 1✨ and all you have to do is show up on the mat. Everything else will fall into place 💫

Pure bliss 🧡✨

It’s been truly magical to have the opportunity to assist in YTT with @freedomyogasg these past few weeks! Not only watching the batch grow week on week, but also noticing myself grow more steady and confident as a teacher, and feeling more rooted to my practice.

Will soo miss having full on weekends to just talk about all things Yoga with this batch 🥺 cannot wait to see what the end of this journey holds for everybody!! GNA MISS YTT SO MUCH 🥺😭🥲
