Client pickups can look like an easy place to save when you’re looking at an event budget. But that service isn’t simply about getting inventory from point A to point B.

There’s transportation. Handling. Loading docks logistics. The condition of the inventory etc. 🫠

Monica is highlighting a point that applies to so many areas of events: before removing a service to save on the cost, understand what that service is taking off your plate.

One thing experience has taught me: effortless events are earned.
Through lessons learned from mistakes, problem-solving, and the flexibility to refine a process until you find what works.

And the longer you do this work, the goal isn’t to know everything.
It’s recognizing patterns faster. Making stronger decisions. Knowing when to trust the process and when the process needs to change.

That’s the kind of experience you can’t shortcut. So when we talk about price, we also have to consider experience as part of the investment.

Networking, but make it an experience ♠️♥️ TNT Sports × B/R wanted associates to connect, unwind and build relationships outside of the usual workday.

For Networking in Spades, we went classic Spades with an elevated twist. Bold red, black and white, gold accents, rich florals, card tables and signature cocktails carried the theme through every touchpoint. The flow kept guests moving, playing and connecting.
