Drawing on a prior career as a foresight strategist and futures researcher operating across global industries, Thomas has repositioned his practice at the intersection of art-based fieldwork, image making, and sculpture — mobilizing research methodologies in service of speculative and material inquiry.   His practice is oriented around the chronopolitics of futurity, critically examining the colonial logics that structure temporal imagination and surfacing undertold and untold histories as sites of contestation.
