Fave deep core exercises PART II 🔥 . . These exercises (besides the last one) are a bit more intermediate. You can tweak the first (subtract the side kick) to make it more beginner friendly. For the second exercise (drop the weight) ✨ WORKOUT: 2-3 set for 30 secs each #coreengagement #deepcore #coreexercises #burnfat #abs #smallwaist #fitness by @shesojazsie

Sundays, but make it wellness. ✨ My soul is full from the wealth of information, movement, connection, and being in rooms that inspire me. I’ve been intentional about doing more things that fulfill me, align with my inner compass and simply feel good & bring me joy. This event was hosted and led by @brittdupreedaniels 🤍 #wellness #yoga #workouts #fitness by @shesojazsie

No matter how active I’ve been throughout my life from athlete to active adult, being strong never automatically meant having a calm nervous system. Fun fact: I was a star athlete in high school, and before almost every race, I would throw up. At the time, I had no clue I was experiencing anxiety. One day on the bus to a track meet, while mentally freaking out, I realized I was subconsciously holding my breath… which, obviously, meant I wasn’t breathing very well at all lol. That’s when I started doing my research and eventually fell in love with yoga. Not just because of what it did for my body, but because every movement required me to connect to my breath and let the breath guide the movement. The way I train today is much more about listening to my body than just working out for aesthetics. I still want to be a Beast, just one who knows how to tame her 🔥 #nervoussystemregulation #fitwomen #flexibility #fitness by @shesojazsie
Opening your hips is more than stretching 🧘🏾‍♀️✨ Lately I’ve been getting more intentional about my own mobility + flexibility, so I decided to share the process along the way of reconnecting with my body. 🤸🏾‍♀️ Today’s movements: • Half Pigeon • Seated Piriformis • Kneeling Lung Consider the beginning of my mobility series 🫶🏾 #hipmobility #mobilitytraining #hipmobilityexercises #flexibility #mobility by @shesojazsie
One workout at a time. 🏋🏽‍♀️ Staying consistent means fueling my body just as much as training it. I’ve been using @invinciblesupps HydraStrength for hydration, strength, and recovery with 5g creatine + electrolytes in an easy grab & go stick pack. Looking forward to what’s next. ✨ #HydraStrength #InvincibleSupplements #Fitness #Workout #Recovery #hydration by @shesojazsie
