🏆 This one means a lot…

There honestly aren’t enough words to describe what it feels like to be standing here, a moment I’ve manifested everyday for years - holding this trophy and knowing that every single sacrifice has finally paid off.

This sport has challenged me in so many ways, but it’s also given me purpose and opportunities some people dream of. And when you finally get to hold that gold trophy, you realise just how much this journey has actually taken from you — and how much it has given back.

This didn’t happen overnight. This was my 10th show as a Physique Athlete, over the course of 15 years training.

The early mornings. The late nights. The endless hours of training and cardio. The days I doubted myself. The moments when I questioned my decisions. Every single one of those led me here.

To my coach, my partner, friends and family — thank you. ❤️ Thank you for believing in me, especially in the moments when I struggled to believe in myself. Your support carried me further than you’ll ever realise.

We’re not done yet. The season continues.
Back to business.

Earlier this year, I setup @shotby_shaun, and to be honest I had no idea what the response would be. New clients were hard to come by, equipment was expensive, there were many other amazing photographers on the scene and self doubt kicked in. Then I found my own niche with athlete and fitness photography, my own style and invested a lot of time and money into it. Fast forward 9 months later and over a dozen clients, I’ve built a business I’m truly proud of.

📖 As we wrap up 2025, I wanted to take a moment to appreciate all my clients this year. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked with so many amazing people.

♥️ I genuinely love what I do. Being able to create content that not only showcases people’s passion for fitness but build relationships and capture memories that will last a lifetime.

🙏🏼 Thank you to everyone. Your support means a lot. We already have bookings for next year, and I’m excited to share more content with you. Have a fantastic Christmas, see you in 2026 🥂

PEAK WEEK IS HERE!

Whatever the outcome, I’ve already won in life.

We’re back at the @naturalbbworldwide the biggest natural bodybuilding pro show the UK has ever seen, and this one means more than just stepping on stage.

Last year, this is where we got engaged. This year, we’re coming back as husband and wife.

Bodybuilding gives you goals to chase, but life gives you reasons to be grateful. I’ve already got everything that matters most to me, and now it’s time to see what all the hard work has brought us.

Heads down, trust the process, and give this everything we’ve got. This one is going to be special!

LET’S GET TO WORK!

. ✅ Recovery / Cortisol Management Stack ✅

Sleep poor ?
Anxiety high ?
Feeling completely overwhelmed?
Recovery from gym absent ?

1️⃣ - KNOCKOUT , a perfectly balanced product to promote deep, quality sleep, ideal for that prep environment, and, or if life is taking over and struggling to sleep.

2️⃣ - CHILL , containing 1 particular ingredient, shoden, extensive studies showing that is can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, ultimately lowering elevated cortisol levels.

Quality sleep, and moderated cortisol levels are PARAMOUNT for physique development, 2 keys elements you must be on top of.
If either are compromised so will your results.

Take these 2 elements with as much priority as you would your training and nutrition.

You can’t fake the hours.
You can’t fake the sacrifices.
You can’t fake the early mornings, the late nights, the cardio, the meals, the sessions when you didn’t feel like training.

The physique is simply the result of everything nobody saw.

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just showing up, day after day, when motivation disappears.

Because when the lights come on and the trophy is in your hands, you realise every sacrifice was worth it.

Work hard. Stay consistent. Trust the process. taken in Solihull, Birmingham, UK by @shotby_shaun
