What crazy bitch does a photoshoot 4 months into her fitness journey? Natalie😏 I think so many women believe they need to reach a certain weight, look a certain way or spend years proving themselves before they’re allowed to feel confident in front of a camera… But Natalie is the perfect example of why that’s not how this has to work. 4 months into her journey & Natalie felt CONFIDENT enough to smash out her first ever EMpower photoshoot📸 & I genuinely cannot fucking wait to see what she achieves by the photoshoot next year!! (maybe I won’t cry next year…don’t hold me to that) Four months in, and we’re only just getting started… Natalie, I am SO proud of you & so happy you’re part of this amazing community🥹💜

🏆 This one means a lot… There honestly aren’t enough words to describe what it feels like to be standing here, a moment I’ve manifested everyday for years - holding this trophy and knowing that every single sacrifice has finally paid off. This sport has challenged me in so many ways, but it’s also given me purpose and opportunities some people dream of. And when you finally get to hold that gold trophy, you realise just how much this journey has actually taken from you — and how much it has given back. This didn’t happen overnight. This was my 10th show as a Physique Athlete, over the course of 15 years training. The early mornings. The late nights. The endless hours of training and cardio. The days I doubted myself. The moments when I questioned my decisions. Every single one of those led me here. To my coach, my partner, friends and family — thank you. ❤️ Thank you for believing in me, especially in the moments when I struggled to believe in myself. Your support carried me further than you’ll ever realise. We’re not done yet. The season continues. Back to business. —— 💪🏼 @coachedby_smb 📍 @thesanctumofficial 🏆 @pca_ireland @pca_official 🩳 @vazoathletics @vazoathletics.ph 🧪 @1sourcesupps —— #mensphysique #teamvazo
