Sometimes a room doesn’t need a renovation. It just needs one new layer.

These walls had seen their fair share of paint and plaster. I added our Homage pattern in Charcoal, peel and stick for a no mess, no commitment refresh. The movement in the pattern hides every imperfection on this wall.

We have two more colorways waiting for you to pick your favorite.

Whether you’re a renter or homeowner, this is how you update a space without starting over.

The website is live!!!!

I’ve been building this for a long time and today it’s real. Showplace Drive is open.

Named after my grandmother’s street. Built on everything she taught me about standard.

Come see what we made.

Design Diary: this is Genesis, the peel and stick wallpaper pattern that started Showplace Drive.
I love Copacabana Stone and wanted that movement inside my home, without the weight, the cost, or the commitment (I’m a renter). Genesis has that vibe. I put it on my cabinets because nobody expects a pattern there, and it’s still the fastest way I know to make a room feel finished.
There are three versions. Mural 1 and Mural 2 are murals as described, and Genesis Tiled is the version that repeats, so it adapts to whatever space you have.
Follow along for the next Design Diary. Genesis is waiting for you at the link in bio.

This Homecoming, bring your colors home.
Search Party: Campus Life is our collection of playable word search shower curtains inspired by the colors and legacy of the Divine Nine.

Each colorway is inspired by a specific organization, with hidden words drawn from its history, heritage, and culture. Choose your colors, search for the words, and give your guests something to discover instead of searching your medicine cabinet!!!

Know someone who would recognize their colors? Send this to them!! And if this is your organization, tag someone who needs to see it.

Making the ordinary feel special is at the heart of turning a house into a home.
Here is your reminder that it’s not about what you don’t have. It’s about making what you do have special.
Whether it’s upgrading your oatmeal with a caramelized banana topping or transforming a blank wall with peel-and-stick wallpaper, elevated living is all in the details. You don’t need a total renovation to make your space (and your day) feel luxurious. Start with what you already have.

Remember making an L and a 7 with your fingers as a kid to check if a square was actually square??? No? Just me?? Okayyyy!! Welp, that’s where L7 gets its name, and yes it’s a square pattern through and through.
This pattern is transitional, you can dress it up, or dress it down, it’s well suited for either scenario. It started as a companion to Search Party, (our typographic word search pattern) but it turned out to be awesome as a standalone pattern and exactly what renters who love a tile look (minus the commitment) have been asking for.

Peel and stick wallpaper, zero regrets.

Showplace Sunday: I love a late night salty snack. Popcorn cooked in coconut on the stove is my favorite. But look closely… do you actually see a stove?
If all you see is a seamless countertop, you’re correct! I’ve been experimenting with invisible induction burners installed underneath the tile here in the Showplace studio.
We’re still perfecting the layout, but a full studio update is coming soon. For now, the popcorn is ready, and it’s time to hit the couch.

Some of our wallpaper patterns are what we call Perfect Pairs. In these photos you’ll see how well L7 + Search Party pair up. You might even catch a glimpse of Geo which is our first border in the collection. These patterns are a quick way to get that layered look without being too fussy. Meet L7, our cute little square wallpaper patten that isn’t quite square at all.

The lines are hand drawn, a little wobbly, and a little imperfect, because honestly, so are we!!! We built in some background noise on purpose, giving it just enough tolerance to look intentional on walls that aren’t perfectly flat (hello older buildings we’re talking about you!!)

It’s the print to reach for when a space wants to feel put together but not fussy. Casual enough for a laundry room, elegant enough for a powder room. And for everyone who’s always loved the look of square tile but doesn’t have the time, budget, or landlord’s permission to actually tile something, this one’s for you.

Tag a friend who could use a wall refresh. We have a few options waiting for you! by @showplacedrive
