I created NJOY Social Group because I wanted something I wasn’t finding in Mobile.

We have clubs. We have events here and there. But I wanted more spaces where we could dance, have a real conversation, put that outfit on and let our personalities show.

I wanted community. People who enjoyed a good time and were open to making new connections. And I figured if I was looking for that, somebody else was too.

I’m also a creative. I wanted a place to bring my ideas to life regularly and invite people to experience what I imagined.

A social club without walls felt like the perfect way to do it. Different spaces, shared experiences. Opportunities to build friendships, get well together, make an impact and explore our city.

And honestly? I got tired of traveling somewhere else every time I wanted that feeling.

I wanted us to have it here.

So I created NJOY Social Group.

To everyone who has shown up, brought a friend, shared a post or trusted me enough to try something different…thank you. You’ve helped turn my ideas into a community we get to enjoy together. I’m so grateful you’re here, and I don’t take your support for granted. 🤍

Your favorite album cover is officially your costume, and BOO-GIE is taking over Monroe’s for an afternoon of music, cocktails and looks inspired by the albums we know by heart.

Any era. Any genre. Any artist. Pick a cover and bring it to life.

Recreate the whole thing, dress like the artist or give us your own interpretation. Just make it recognizable and make it GOOD. We expect commitment, okayyyy? 😂

We came for the vibes, but y’all might’ve actually found a new hobby. 😂

All That Racket was everything we wanted it to be: good music, good people, cocktails, cute tennis fits, a little friendly competition and a whole lot of people realizing tennis might just be their thing.

Whether it was your first time picking up a racket or your first time back on the court in years, THANK YOU for coming out, trying something new and making our first tennis social one to remember.

All That Racket Tennis Social is taking over the Mobile Tennis Center tomorrow, Sunday, September 27 from 2–5 PM, and if you’ve been saying you need to get outside, try something new, meet some people, or just catch a vibe…this is it.

We’re bringing tennis, music, wellness and community together for one afternoon with DJ Hot Rod on the tunes and plenty of room to mix, mingle and NJOY the moment.

🎾 ALL-ACCESS: Get on the court for Tennis 101, a beginner-friendly introduction to the game. No experience needed. Bring your racket and come ready to learn.

🥂 GA: Not trying to pick up a racket? No problem. GA gets you access to the social experience, music and all the vibes happening off the court.

Tennis attire is the dress code, so give us your best country club look. You do NOT have to know how to play to pull up.

And yes, tomorrow means TODAY is the day to get your ticket. Don’t wait until everybody starts posting from the courts and suddenly you wish you were there. 😂

I literally watched my big sister grow into the amazing woman that she is… I remember when she was just a teenage girl, taking sweet care of me while I followed her every foot step. Thank you for all of the many lessons you’ve given me… your influence and hardwork has rewarded you with such a beautiful life. Cheers to 50 years of a life well-lived sister girl!! i don’t always get it right, but i feel at peace choosing to mourn my friend in private this weekend. i opted to go cry it out with Ye and i had one of the most beautiful, intimate experiences that felt like the appropriate memorial between @wondrea and i.

as i age, im learning to create my own path…my own rituals. and after burying a really close friend a few years ago and grieving the overall loss of so many close relationships, im choosing comfort—for my heart’s sake.

Dree, thank you for your contribution to my life. you showed me that it’s okay to have a big, beautiful personality and that being “friendly” isn’t a negative thing… you welcomed me with open arms + an open heart when i was a very young girl transitioning into womanhood. thank you for being a light in the lives of so many. you are going to be missed, immensely…deeply. rest well sister, TTBOD. 🔺🕊️♥️
