I’m back with my begging bowl folks! 🙏🏻

I’m taking on the ‘45 miles in October’ for @bowelbabefund raising money for @cr_uk 💜

The challenge is to walk it but we can do better than that 👊🏻. Having not put my running trainers on since January what could go wrong?! 🐌🐷🥵

I’d massively appreciate a sponsor, large or small, whatever you can give. An amazing cause and every single pound encourages me to get my 🍑 in gear!

What an experience!!! 🩵💙🩵

James and I were incredibly lucky to join @nauticacollective sailing around the coast of Majorca 🥹

The boat was amazing, the crew even better and our fellow gorgeous guests were the cherry on top!

@shakespeareagency & @chef_billy_grantiii were hilarious from the very first rosé🥂
@hajniy & @balinthangarea always up for a good ole’ chinwag 👯🏻‍♀️
@tiffanyaprilbarrett is an operations queen 👑@buzz_cooks our chef extraordinaire (James is still working off the extra puds) 🧑🏻‍🍳
@best.capitan_alex the best dancing Capi you could ask for 🕺🏼🛥️
And the stunning @lucybuckmastertravel, the most fun chica and so entrepreneurial, we can’t thank you enough!! 💖

If you need a sign this is it… Book a sail with Nautica 💙

Swedish Midsummer 🇸🇪

What an absolute treat! The most idyllic, picture-perfect village, spoilt rotten with delicious homemade Swedish delicacies- yes, pickled herring is yummy, and don’t get me started on the cheese pie 🤤

Just some of the activities ~

🦐 Eating our body weight in fresh prawns & langoustines

🌸 Foraging for flowers to make traditional midsummer crowns

🐸 Learning the frog dance around the maypole

🦭 Epic boat days with seals for company

🌊 The boys braving the North Sea

⛰️ Daily steps around the iconic windmill for the best views!

A huge thank you to Carlito, Stephie and the lovely Waxberg family for all their hospitality. So grateful for the unforgettable memories. It was more than we could have wished for 💙💛💙 taken in Fiskebäckskil Skaftö by @slk84

Mr & Mrs Goldsworthy! 🤍

What a gorgeous pair! The sun came out, the drinkies flowed, dancing (and head banging) into the early hours and of course a token pastie or two!
