How I spent EVERY HOUR of one day living on a catamaran in Mallorca… and whew 😮‍💨🛥️👙🍷🙌🏾

One minute I’m having breakfast with the Mediterranean as my backdrop, then jumping in for a morning swim… and the next I’m doing absolutely NOTHING but laying on deck, soaking up the views and living my best life 😌

Then somehow the day turns into hopping off in Sóller, riding into town, wandering around with a glass of wine, rooftop drinks at sunset… and ending back onboard dressed for dinner before a late-night swim.

Like… excuse me?! THIS is a day?! 😭

Very, very much my kind of travel.

And y’all… I loved the experience so much that I had my follow-up call with the @nauticacollective team and officially told them YES — I’m turning this into a Shakespeare Agency Mallorca group trip for 2027!!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Now we’re working through the good stuff: dates, pricing, inclusions, excursions and the final itinerary.

So what do you actually DO all day when you’re living on a catamaran in Mallorca?! 👀⛵️🇪🇸

Wellllll… apparently THIS:

Wake up anchored in a gorgeous Mediterranean cove
Walk upstairs to breakfast being made by your private chef
Sail to somewhere new
Take over as captain for a few minutes
Jump into ridiculously blue water
Attempt paddleboarding for the first time
Come back onboard and lunch is already waiting
More sailing. More wine. More views.
Anchor in Cala Deià
Take the dinghy ashore
Abandon the hiking plans for wine instead
Head back to the catamaran
Rum punch. Reggae. Soca. Dancing.
Get dressed for dinner
Sea bass + panna cotta
And somehow end the night with a midnight swim and an espresso being delivered to my husband IN THE OCEAN 🤣

Y’all… WE HAD A TIME!

But this is exactly what I wanted to experience firsthand before I ever considered creating a Mallorca sailing trip of my own.

I’m meeting with the @nauticacollective team soon to start talking through what a potential Shakespeare Agency Mallorca 2027 experience could look like and trust me, I have IDEAS 💡

POV: Your catamaran comes with a private chef 👨🏽‍🍳 
Because apparently sailing around Mallorca wasn’t luxurious enough already… we also had someone cooking breakfast, lunch AND dinner for us every day 🙌🏾

For 4 days and 3 nights, our routine basically looked like:

🌊 Wake up in a new cove  🥞 Breakfast with a Mediterranean view 👙 Jump in the water 🥗 Come back to lunch already waiting
⛵️Sail somewhere new 🍹 Cocktails at sunset
 Then sit down to dinner without anybody having to make a reservation, find a restaurant, cook OR clean.

Yeahhhh… I could get used to this! 😌

And this was one of my biggest takeaways from experiencing @nauticacollective firsthand:

If I create a Shakespeare Agency version of this Mallorca sailing experience, the private chef is NON-NEGOTIABLE ✍🏾

Because the luxury wasn’t just the food.
It was swimming until you felt like getting out.

It was never having to ask, “Sooo… where are we eating tonight?”

It was sitting around a table with people who were strangers a few days earlier, drinking wine, laughing and eating while anchored in the middle of the Mediterranean.

Your restaurant literally sails with you.

And nowwww I’m thinking about what I’d want OUR menu to look like if Mallorca 2027 actually happens… 👀

Now imagine this…

You arrive in Mallorca, head to the marina and step aboard your floating home for the next few days.

Your cabin is waiting. Your private chef is in the kitchen. The rosé is flowing 🥂

Then you sail off into the Mediterranean…

Sunset cocktails.
Dinner under the stars.
Music playing.
New friends who already feel like old ones.
And apparently… midnight swims cuz my husband @chef_billy_grantiii convinced me jumping into the Mediterranean in the DARK was a good idea 😂😂😂

THIS is what I came to Mallorca to investigate.

Not just whether it looks good on Instagram — obviously it does lol — but whether this is an experience I could actually see US doing together.

And after night one aboard with @nauticacollective…

I’m starting to see the vision 👀

The year was 2016…
I started the year wearing a @triangl bikini in Barbados with Carl’s New Year’s Day beach party (we still do this 10 years later!), I won best newcomer at the @cosmopolitanuk Influencer Awards, I have the same best friends, spent lots of time in Paris, Ibiza, and Jumby Bay (still some of my favourite places 10 years later!), Carl was DJing with @housekeepingldn so we did @bestival, Mykonos and a whole lot of Ibiza gigs, I shot campaigns for @amandawakeley and @misssixty (teenage dream!), and fashion week was shot by @moeez and @davidnyanzi, it was the year of the mannequin challenge and the black choker era, and there were a whole lot of nights out at @the_arts_club… Happy memories!

🤍✨40✨🤍 and it feels so good!
For one night only, we turned our house into “Stephie’s” to celebrate my 40th birthday and I think it’s my favourite nightclub ever! A huge thank you to my best friends who, as always, brought their absolute A game and made it such a special night! I had the biggest smile on my face all night long!
@pips_taylor and @carlwaxberg kept us dancing until the early hours, we drank @champagnelaurentperrier and personalised @lockdownliquorco Picantes and everyone fell in love with Caviar Corner by @imperial.caviar!
A huge thank you to the ever wonderful @beatricerigby for capturing the magic so beautifully!

A very special Sunday lunch at my happy place @casajondal followed by a ceremony to celebrate 4 decades ✨
The setting, food and vibes were as perfect as ever (loved the custom menus and “Stephie” tattoos 😂) and then we moved to a clearing on the beach to meet with our celebrant Jon Michell (who married us in Ibiza and named Teeny in the same location) for the most beautiful, emotional ceremony… Jon Michell talked us through the elements, and with speeches from Carl and Pips, there wasn’t a dry eye, until Jon Michell played guitar and sang one of his songs and got us dancing again! The most incredible end to the best weekend… ✨🤍

Summer in October…
The most special day out on the water with @sirenamorenallauts 🤍✨
We swam in the magical waters by Es Vedra and then circled it at sunset before all touching the rock and making a wish ✨ A truly heavenly day!

From the pre-party on our terrace at @petuniaibiza (with the wildest sunset over Es Vedra!) to @woomoonibiza at @covasantaibiza, night one went off with a bang 💥 All the snaps, disposables, and instant photos from an unforgettable night…

Doing it for the memories… Nashville, you were incredible!

SAVE my recommendations for your trip…
🤠 We stayed at @1hotel.nashville - amazing location and a total sanctuary!
🤠 Had the most incredible dinner at @husknashville
🤠 @peglegporker for bbq in the city
🤠 12 South is a super cute area for shops and lunch at @thehenryrestaurant
🤠 Visited East Nashville for a hilariously weird food tour (loved the pulled pork sandwich at @hughbabys and the smash burger at @eatjoyland) which led us to the terrace at @drifters_bbq for the perfect afternoon of live music, drinks and some of the best bbq ribs and pork rinds
🤠 Spent our nights at @musiccityrodeo and at the many many bars on Broadway (loved @luckybastardsaloon @laylasnashville @losersdowntown @robertswesternworld
Can’t recommend it enough!
