My non-negotiables as a Physical Therapist

1. Actually get to know the patient - what is their full history? What are their goals? How can they get back to doing what THEY want rather than what YOU want them to do?
2. Balanced Body Pilates Equipment - there is no substitute @balanced_body
3. Progressive Loading - Everyone. Needs. Resistance. Training.
4. Mind-Body Connection - Control. Concentration. Breath. These are a must.
5. Amazing Manual Skills - my best tool yet 👏 taken in River North Physical Therapy by @sloburkhart

This weekend marks the end of an incredible chapter for River North Physical Therapy as we say goodbye to our home at 409 W. Huron. 💙

We’re so grateful for every patient, every milestone, every celebration, and every memory made within these walls. This space has been where healing happened, goals were reached, and our community continued to grow—and we’ll always be thankful for the foundation it gave us.

Now it’s time for a new beginning. ✨ Starting next week, you’ll find us just down the street at 415 W. Huron, where we’re excited to continue serving our amazing community in a space that reflects the next chapter of River North Physical Therapy.

Here’s to honoring where we’ve been and embracing everything that’s ahead. We can’t wait to watch River North PT continue to grow, blossom, and welcome you into our new home.

See you at 415 W. Huron! 🏡💙
