“How was your vacation?”
“How is your son liking second grade?”
“How did your back feel after class today?”
“Is your ankle getting better on those walks with your husband?”

These might seem like little questions.

But to us, they’re everything.

Because we listen.
We remember.
We care.

We care about your body, your health, your family, your goals, and the life you’re living outside of our studio.

That’s what we love about being a small, family-owned and operated business.

We’re not corporate. And honestly? We like it that way.

Because it means you stay at the center of everything we do.

You’re not a number. You’re not just an appointment on the schedule.

You’re our client. Our patient. Our community.

And you are what makes Refresh so special. 🤍

Thank you for trusting us with your health, your movement, and a little piece of your life.

We really, really care about you.

My non-negotiables as a Physical Therapist

1. Actually get to know the patient - what is their full history? What are their goals? How can they get back to doing what THEY want rather than what YOU want them to do?
2. Balanced Body Pilates Equipment - there is no substitute @balanced_body
3. Progressive Loading - Everyone. Needs. Resistance. Training.
4. Mind-Body Connection - Control. Concentration. Breath. These are a must.
5. Amazing Manual Skills - my best tool yet 👏

We had so much fun partnering with Refresh Pilates and sharpening knives while everyone got their Pilates in. Talk about getting stronger AND sharper!

Thanks for having us, Refresh Pilates!
We loved being part of it.

✨ It’s not January anymore… and that’s exactly the point.

The motivation from New Year’s has worn off. The excitement fades. Life gets busy. Work piles up. Kids need you. Your schedule gets full.

This is where consistency takes over.

The people who feel their best aren’t the ones who wait until they feel motivated—they’re the ones who show up anyway.

Some days you’ll wake up energized. Other days you’ll have to convince yourself to come. Both days count.

Remember:
🤍 Done is always better than perfect.
🤍 The hardest part is simply getting here.
🤍 Once class is over, you’ll never regret taking that hour for yourself.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s one of the best gifts you can give the people you love. When you feel stronger, healthier, and happier, you’re more present for your family, your friends, and everyone counting on you.

After all… if mama ain’t happy, nobody’s happy. 😉

At Refresh Pilates, we believe movement is more than exercise. It’s your reset. Your stress relief. Your time to breathe. Your reminder that you matter too.

We’ll save you a reformer. 💙
