Growing old together is often a given, growing young together where we can be our childlike selves, without judgement, is a privilege. 🥹

I’m super lucky to be together with a wife that accepts me for my many flaws and at times loves me more deeply than I do!

Who knew an accidental pinky holding situation would lead us to where we are today.

Watching Soon and Kenny lead my team through his Purpose Discovery session took me back to 15 years ago. I see that same hunger to help and that deep commitment to a meaningful mission that drove me to switch careers and start this journey in the first place.

Many people mistake goals for purpose. A goal is a destination—like hitting a specific production target or MDRT—but purpose is the anchor that keeps you steady when things gets choppy. It’s not just what you get; it’s who you are based on the stories that shaped you.

I’m incredibly proud of my team for staying in “student mode”—from our newest associates to our 20-year veterans. We don’t just build wealth; we build it with intention. ⚓✨

Came thinking I’d get a kata medal, ended with a kumite one 🤣

Seeing everyone give their best and cheering each other on was so heart warming!

The path to achieving anything can get lonely but I’m so blessed I always have people around me on this journey!

Fun fact: I haven’t competed kumite in like 8 years jeez. Was gassed out after grading and kata comp. by @so_onnnnn

A day so memorable because the plan changed 516368283 times, and Adhit, Tante Yi Ying, and I were trying to be chill around Adhika while dying inside from nervousness!🥵

Glad we were able to celebrate this special moment with the most important people to Adhika!

Thank you for saying yes to a life of high blood pressure - if it wasn’t you, I wouldn’t know who else would tolerate me! Jk not jk! ❤️

Thanks to Tante Yi Ying, @indra.adhitya.18 , @cheriicung and @jesseejeremyy for helping out with the special surprise!

We wished Kakak Win was here to celebrate this special moment too.

In a world that never stops chasing, I had the privilege to rise above the noise on a humble hillside.

After my first temporary ordination 3 years ago, I never thought I’d dawn the reddish brown robes again. But I’ve grown to increasingly value fighting the battles of the heart and mind with grace. We’ve become used to solving many issues with a push of a button that we lose patience easily with things we can’t control.

This unique break allowed me to let go and remember that I am a human being not a human doing. Sometimes we’re so obsessed with productivity that we overlook the power of a break in being a more effective yet grounded people.

Living with 4 other monks gave me insight into the power of being a good and morally-upright person. In a world with many markers of how one can live a good life, the safety and respect a good person can give far outweighs any worldly status (E.g money, jobs, power).

Indeed more to aspire towards, and more to be. ✨

2023 taught me not to fear change, be as present as possible and reminded me the importance of family and community.

Onto the next phase of life with an open heart and mind!

I was solo tripping around Sintra, Portugal and met this lovely 85-year-old lady!

I was trying to get nice pictures of the people, and her dog ran up to me, and I started playing with him! Not long after, she signalled for me to sit beside her and chat.

We started talking about dogs and how she has led her life! She could speak Portuguese, Spanish and English, and taught kids with disabilities from blindness to autism.

She was living in a huge house on the hill yet was so humble and kind-hearted. Ana Maria reminded me so much of my late great-grandmother, who was a strong woman who always communicated with compassion and kindness.

Who knew our friendship made on a Thai mountain 7 years ago would’ve lasted?

So much has happened since then but you’ve always been there for me in my darkest and brightest times!

Hope that we continue to age well so that the narcissist in us continue to look good in pictures 🤪
