⚾ So Cal Samurai Baseball – Recruiting Now ⚾
So Cal Samurai is currently recruiting players from the Class of 2031 through the Class of 2025 to join our program. We are building competitive teams focused on development, exposure, and competing at a high level.
We are specifically looking for two Class of 2030 players to join our roster for the spring season and beyond. We are prioritizing two-way players who can contribute both on the mound and at the plate.
Our program competes in top tournaments and showcases while helping players continue their development and prepare for the next level. Graduates (Class of 2025) will have the opportunity to continue playing in our collegiate summer league team.
If you're a hard-working player looking to compete and develop, we want to hear from you.

I would like to announce my official commitment to Rio Hondo College for the 27/28 school year. #godirtybirds 🐦💛🖤

first and foremost, I would like to thank my parents for everything that they’ve done for me for my baseball career, including time and sacrifices for me to play the game that I love. I also like to thank all my coaches along the way provided me with the right exposure that I needed to accomplish everything that I need to play in the next level. Also, thank you to my family and friends for the support along the way and I’ll forever be grateful for you guys and lastly I would like to say thank you God nothing in this world will be possible without you and thank you for the strength and guidance throughout my lifetime. It’s just the beginning. #godirtybirds #comitted 🐦🖤💛 taken in Río Hondo College by @socal.samurai

So proud of this group! We battled a sandstorm and three rain delays that disrupted our momentum, but these boys kept competing against some of the top programs.

We held Ghost scoreless for most of the game and kept powerhouse Aquinas at bay until the weather hit. We got to their committed pitchers and held their biggest bat hitless. We put together 17 innings without allowing a run and played incredible defense.

We proved we can hang with the big boys. What makes it even more special is that most of these players are homegrown Samurai who have been with us since freshman year. Watching their growth and seeing them compete at this level means everything.

Proud of their toughness, their heart, and the way they represent So Cal Samurai! ⚔️⚾ by @socal.samurai

Two rain delays disrupted the momentum we had built, but I’m proud of how this team competed against D2 powerhouse Aquinas, featuring the #5-ranked player in the Class of 2027. Our pitchers kept them at bay for most of the game, and we delivered another strong defensive performance.

Plenty to be proud of with this group. Keep building, Samurai! ⚔️⚾ by @socal.samurai

Samurai pitchers have shove day today . Giving up only one hit. Working out of jams. End in 0 to 0 tie but boys played well. Great defense and great pitching just need to turn on the offense. by @socal.samurai
