POSTS STORIES REELS

September 1 can feel like the biggest day of your life when you’re in high school. It isn’t.

I know it’s hard not to compare. You’ll see commitments, offers, phone calls and graphics all over your feed. Some girls will have their dream schools calling. Others will hear nothing.

Please don’t use that as a measurement of your potential.

I didn’t start pitching until I was 14. I wasn’t the girl who had the perfect recruiting timeline. My college career has taken me from Campbell to Indiana and now Cal, with an ACL tear, 3 surgeries, and a whole lot of unexpected turns mixed in.

If I could tell my high-school self anything, it would be this:

Stop trying to predict the ending from the chapter you’re currently in.

September 1 is exciting. But it’s one day.

Keep developing. Keep being a good teammate. Keep asking questions. Keep trusting that there are opportunities you don’t even know exist yet.

Your timeline does not have to look like everyone else’s to become something you’re incredibly proud of. 🥎💛

Dear Strong Female,
I used to hate the number on the scale.
I used to hate being heavier than all my friends.
I used to hate being six inches taller than every guy in my class.
I used to hate taking up space, having broad shoulders, strong legs, and a frame that never fit the “extra-small” mold.
I used to hate not being a size 0.
I used to hate the scars, the bruises, the cup marks.
I used to hate being the “big girl,” the “strong girl,” the one who couldn’t hide her strength even if she tried.

For so long, I thought my body was too much.
Too tall. Too strong. Too muscular. Too different.
I thought being built for power made me less feminine, less beautiful, less worthy.

But now?
Now I love the number on the scale—because that number lets me throw the number on the radar.
That number lets me stand on a Division 1 Power Four mound.
That number fuels me through long days of lifting, conditioning, practicing, running, and throwing bullpens.
That number allows my body to stay healthy, durable, and ready to compete.
My size isn’t a flaw—it’s my advantage. My weapon. My edge.

Being a strong girl has changed my life.
My legs carry me through sprints that break limits.
My core keeps me stable through every pitch I fire.
My shoulders generate the power behind every pitch and every rep in the weight room.
My height gives me leverage.
My strength gives me confidence.
My body gives me a future.

I am strong.
I can bench over a plate for reps.
I am relentless.
I can squat well over my body weight.
I do not stop.
My body does not stop.
And every day it proves to me that being a big, powerful, unapologetically strong woman is the very reason I am where I am today.

Here’s to the girls who take up space.
To the girls who are told they’re “too big” or “too strong.”
To the girls built for more—
Your body is not the problem.
Your body is the reason. ❤️

Softball parents… it’s officially SPOOKY SEASON. 👻🥎

Tell me which one is the most accurate because I KNOW we’ve all witnessed a few of these. 😂

But in all seriousness… that LAST ONE might be the SCARIEST of them all.

Thinking more pitching lessons alone will make your daughter stronger, faster + more explosive.

Don’t get me wrong, pitching lessons are IMPORTANT.

But what about developing the ATHLETE behind the pitcher?!

STRENGTH. MOBILITY. FLEXIBILITY. BODY CONTROL. EXPLOSIVE POWER.

Your pitcher needs more than just reps on the mound if she wants to maximize her potential.

And that’s EXACTLY why I’m so excited about what we have coming for this off-season!

Want to learn how to start building a stronger, more explosive pitcher from the ground up?

2 minutes & 30 seconds of pitching GOLD. Save this one. 👀🥎

Your pitcher doesn’t need more random drills. She needs direction, structure + a plan.

Want more at-home mentorship + resources to make her training simple and effective?

Comment ELITE and I’ll send you the details.

And SAVE this one—you’ll want it for your next practice.

Meet the people behind DR3. 🥎🩷

What started with one pitching coach has grown into a team of coaches, mentors, family members, creatives, and behind-the-scenes people who all play a part in making DR3 what it is today.

Some of us are coaching pitchers. Some are answering your emails and texts. Some are creating your content, building your member experience, evaluating videos, teaching virtually, or helping athletes through the mental side of the game.

But we all have the same GOAL: give athletes and families the support, education, confidence, and community they deserve. 💖

🥎💝COACH D. — Founder + CEO

The one who started it all.

Former D1 + D2 pitcher turned coach, educator, mentor, and founder of DR3 Fastpitch. Coach D’s goal has always been bigger than teaching girls how to throw a softball — it’s helping them understand their mechanics, trust themselves, build confidence, and become smarter competitors.

Basically: if it involves pitching, confidence, a new DR3 idea, or approximately 47 things happening at once… Coach D is probably involved. 👀🎀

Swipe through to officially meet the DR3 crew. ➡️

And if you’ve worked with one of these humans before, give them some love in the comments. 🫶🏼

🥎COACH SUSAN — Head Admin

AKA Mom. 🩷

The woman behind the texts, reminders, updates, scheduling help, and approximately one million little things that keep our members taken care of.

Coach Susan helps make sure families know where they need to be, what they need, and who they need to talk to.

If DR3 has ever texted you and kept your life together… you can probably thank her. 😂🫶🏽

👩🏻‍💻MOMO — Social Media Manager

If you saw it on DR3 social… Momo probably had something to do with it. 📱🩷

She helps create, plan, organize, and post the content you see across our social channels — from training education and announcements to all the random ideas Coach D sends over. ✌🏽

She’s a huge part of keeping the DR3 community connected, informed, and looking GOOD online.

👩🏻‍💻 DEV — Marketing Specialist

One of the people making all the things you don’t see work. 👏🏼🩷
