Four brothers building Strava for CrossFit, lifting, and home gymers everywhere.

We all wrestled so weigh ins are a must before getting down to business.

We’re on family vacation this week so pretty much a WODsApp business meeting.

We are literally making WODsApp because we’re competitive and need an official platform to share (talk trash) and track our workouts.

We think other people will like it too.

Just posted this because its Father’s Day and I am with my family. Also my brothers @notsamjones_ and @wodsapp_steve can’t workout for longer than 20 minutes because their heart can’t handle it. #endurance #strength @wodsapp_fitness by @solly_wods
