Solomon is and endurance guy He’s always managed to stay in decent shape After I got into CrossFit I could beat him in runs and biking However, last year he bought a bike and started running consistently and got into really good shape This summer he smoked me in our annual Man Jones bike ride and killed me in a 10k run I’m still better at burpees though, although he’s started doing those in his garage 👀 We built WODsApp cause we’re busy people and wanted to track / share our random training schedules DM me or click the bio link to join WODsApp and have some fun with Sol and I (I’m wayyyyy ahead in challenge wins btw) #crossfit

Last brother squatting actually I’m giving my hips a break tonight so here’s yesterdays group activity featuring 3/4 WODsApp brothers We all made it through 15 minutes even though Sol’s hips almost came out of socket and Stephen had to run to the bathroom after. Took a while for my feet to come back awake as usual I’ll be back tomorrow for 17:00, may do every other day @donthatetheplates is going to do all 31 days and win a case of rockstar🤘 You could too if you log at least a minute on @wods_app Cheers

An elite score by non-crossfitter @ianparker141 Really does prove that wrestling translates to pretty much everything… Overall very competitive throughout and thank you to everyone who participated! We’re already in to the next, jump on the rower and submit your 1k row time using the link in my bio AND if you have a good challenge idea send it my way 👀 #crossfit

Not bad for a bum shoulder @drcorrona close your eyes @jacobdancler got you 😛 @colten_mertens I’ll buy a years supply of hog scrub if you go sub 4:06 and put D1 wrestler and panther coach @ianparker141 in his place 👀 @solly_wods do this one CHALLENGE LINK IN BIO (Free to join, winner gets a shirt) Wasn’t sure how this would go Haven’t done a push up in three months (half joking) Surprisingly my core is what started limiting me toward the end As well as sucking air and general all encompasing pain Something so pure could not possibly injure my shoulder more… #crossfit

🇺🇸 You should have the freedom to post PRs on an app built for lifting weights 💪 Just tell WODsApp what you did and it auto-logs all your sets, weights, total volume, and more. We have plans for even MORE PR hype! Things like global leaderboards and auto-detecting when you hit a PR. We want your feedback on how make tracking lifts and sharing PRs maximum hype. DM me to get the beta app download link and upload your best PRs!! It’s the right thing to do on Americas Birthday 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 #crossfit

Sol asked me to upload his workout from yesterday and let ai score his child throwing skills. 75 fitness score is very generous here. 8 children in 60 seconds is very intermediate, maybe even beginner. An elite child thrower could probably hit close to 30. More context would make the scoring more accurate - child weights, throwing height/distance, overhead vs underarm, single vs dual arm, etc. WODsApp is built to capture and score constantly varied and infinitely scalable fitness! Upload a truely functional workout today and let ai be the judge! DM me to get the official beta app ✅ #crossfit

Four brothers building Strava for CrossFit, lifting, and home gymers everywhere. We all wrestled so weigh ins are a must before getting down to business. We’re on family vacation this week so pretty much a WODsApp business meeting. We are literally making WODsApp because we’re competitive and need an official platform to share (talk trash) and track our workouts. We think other people will like it too. DM me to be a beta tester, give us feedback and build it with us! #crossfit

Kids at home or kids at daycare, we’re launching this thing 💪 Not hyperbole - this year has been my strongest and fittest in part due to sharing my journey with my brothers and dad on WODsApp. I was actually excited for threshold sessions on the bike erg because I knew my dad, who is avid biker, would see it. Who do you text when you hit a PR? That’s what WODsApp groups are for. Posting workouts to a feed full of strangers isn’t super exciting. But one place where a group of friends can egg each other on is. Grab your friends and try it out! We are accepting a limited number of beta testers who get the ACTUAL iOS test app. Create an account on https://wodsapp.online and click “become a beta tester” on your profile page. Once approved, you will get a link to download the WODsApp iOS test app. The website is fully functional and you can use it if you want but WODsApp is supposed to be an app - it’s in the name. More information on beta testing, rewards, and discounts to come!!

WODSAPP BROTHERS 🤝 4x brothers - one app @notsamjones_ @wodsapp_steve @solly_wods @jethsones We all wrestled in high school and have the typical competitive family dynamic. We all also fell away from fitness. I refound CrossFit 5 years ago and Steve a couple years after. When Seth asked us for ideas for an app, I told him two things. 1. I text screenshots of my workouts to Steve every day - this is clunky. 2. I need an easy way to track workouts and lifts. We ran with it and created WODsApp, which kills these two birds with one stone and a lot more. I use it everyday and can find an old workouts or lifts in 10 seconds. If you need someone to hype up your PR or tracking your workouts feels clunky, give WODsApp a whack and let us know what you think! https://wodsapp.online #crossfit
