So excited to announce that my project with @meta and @thewomanscompany @orchid.creation on pregnancy loss was a 2022 honoree for the @fastcompany #Innovationbydesign ! This is a huge win for our little studio @hellocolourstudios 💕🎉 ⁠ #fcdesignawards ⁠

I was the creative partner and was in charge of all the illustrations, creative direction, design assets, and customized typography. I am SO honored to be involved in this project and am so excited to receive this recognition 🥰 ⁠

The compassionate pad is' the world's first pad designed for women suffering from pregnancy loss. In tandem, the pad also provides access to a messaging Bot - 'TENDER.' Tender, a compassionate, virtual friend, connects women experiencing this inexplicable loss (and the people supporting her) to a qualified panel of specialists like gynecologists, counsellors, doulas, fitness and nutrition professionals to get expert guidance and support. by @sravyaa

A little behind the scenes look at Season 2. This season took Desi in Design across continents, recording conversations in studios around the world with artists and creatives from Singapore, Vancouver, New York, Texas, and beyond.

What began as a passion project has grown into something far bigger than I imagined, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone, (including some very big partners!!) who helped make these episodes possible. Season 2 launches this week, and I genuinely can’t wait for you to hear these conversations.

Celebrating my first Mother’s day by lifting into my third trimester! 🏋️‍♀️ Big shoutout to my trainer for keeping me safe & fit throughout my pregnancy!

I’ve struggled with my mental health through this pregnancy and the one thing thats consistently given me the biggest boost of endorphins has been movement. 🥳

1, 2, 3, or 4? What a joy it’s been to move with my body through this phase. I never believed I could TRULY love my body, and spent most of my life pushing it to extremes. Pregnancy has brought me a whole new level of respect and love for my body, and movement has helped me connect more deeply with both myself and my baby. 🥹

I felt my baby’s first kicks during Pilates, so here’s my ode to prenatal Pilates! 🤍

May is #MentalHealthMonth and for the last 6 years I’ve worked with amazing charities & brands to raise awareness, but this year, I’m taking a break and prioritizing my own mental health. So here’s a series I made a few years ago, straight from my therapy notes, called #IDeserveThisAward as a reminder that small steps deserve to be celebrated!
