Coming up in just 2 weeks time! Now with a small number of non-residential spaces available 🤩

🩵SIMPLY FLOW🩵
Weekend Retreat for Women
29-31 May
The Dolphin Inn, Dunbar

A fun, light & joyful weekend retreat in Dunbar.
🩵
Take time and space for you.
🩵
Reconnect with nature and the ocean.
🩵
Move your body, breathe the fresh air.
🩵
Feel the simple joy of being alive and allow the flow of life to move through you.
🩵

I have had several people ask, so I have decided to make a small number of NON-RESIDENTIAL SPACES available for the reduced rate of £160. This the whole weekend experience including all yoga sessions, sound bath, food and drinks, but without the accommodation costs - perfect for local people who would like to join in, but who can pop home to sleep in their own beds! Those with young children might also appreciate this option ☺️

Please note that the Surf Bliss Session still requires additional booking, this session is already subsidised and incredible value, and further discounted low-income options are available thanks to the generosity of @groundswellscotland 🩵🏄‍♀️🙏

This promises to be a really beautiful weekend 🥰

🏡Rest at @dolphindunbar
🧘🏽‍♀️Yoga with @carolinefoster_yoga_physio
🥬Food from @barbarellabeets and
🌶️@srilankandelights1
💫Sound bath with @kmacktherapy
🏄‍♀️Surf Bliss with @groundswellscotland

There are still a few residential spaces available with options to suit every budget 🛌

I just bumped into this LEGEND @joxerooni while down at the beach filming a few clips of beach yoga, actually to post out to advertise our upcoming retreat in May!

Each doing what we love and are passionate about sharing - Sally with her surfing and myself with yoga.

Sally and I have been friends for many years and have been a huge support to each other as we navigate running our respective businesses/organisations in our own unique but totally aligned, heart-centred way.

@groundswellscotland is a registered charity that uses surfing as the medium to support women to find strength, community, support and joy.

Truly incredible things happen when women come together 💖🌊💖

Join us for our Simply Flow Weekend Retreat in Dunbar 29-31 May 🩵

There will be gorgeous flowing yoga on the beach, surf bliss session, gorgeous accommodation at
🏡 @dolphindunbar, and amazing food courtesy of 🥑 @barbarellabeets and 🥥 @srilankandelights1
and a dreamy sound bath with @kmacktherapy 😌

The weekend has been designed to be as affordable as possible, with bunk room accommodation starting at just £220 per person. Single room occupancy and en-suite options are also available.

We can't wait to welcome you in May for nourishment and fun ☺️🤸🏼‍♂️🏖️🌊

And don't worry Sally, we can't see any bogies 😆😍
