Hello to the 1200 new faces here! I thought I’d take the opportunity to introduce myself.

if you’re new here, welcome. if you’ve been here a while, thank you for staying through the quiet.

this account is evolving. the same way I am. I used to post from a place of wanting to teach. now I post from a place of wanting to be honest.

I’m not interested in being a guru or influencer. I’m interested in being a human who builds, breaks, rebuilds, and shares what I learn along the way.

@star.seeded is the nervous system work, the neuroscience, the real tools.

@altrd__ is the ceremony, the city, the cultural shift, the experiences that transform you.

both came from the same place: a feeling I couldn’t ignore.

The beginning of my 33rd year started with a goodbye.

A goodbye to friendships and identities I no longer align with.

Choosing the harder route to rebuild rather than sustain a structure that no longer fulfills is bittersweet.

While I grieve the ruins of old timelines, I stand before an empty field of possibilities.

While it may feel lonely and daunting at times, it’s also exciting, a new beginning.

I say this to open the gates to show up as new versions of myself that may be different from the external perception of “star.seeded.” I ask for grace in showing up honestly in my becoming, for myself, and with the intention to be a beacon of authenticity on this wildly chaotic and beautiful evolutionary path we call the human experience.

During my time presenting as “star.seeded,” part of me loved being the one people leaned on for wisdom. Part of me always will. But I need to let go of the girl who was always willing to help, sacrificing sacred time and energy for people and situations that were not in alignment.

I also let go of the outward identity of a Starseed. While I am one, (and we all are) I saw how the representation of being one gave me attention I didn’t value.

With that, I let go of the identity of being a “healer.” I don’t believe anyone can heal another, only support the process that comes from within. The term itself carries tones of hierarchy and codependency, two things I no longer wish to invite into my life.

I desire a paradigm of less fixing and more acceptance.

I opened this platform stating “the guru is dead,” I now see how the industry is filled with those clinging to external advice rather than trusting their own wisdom and internal compass. I can no longer stand in that shadow.

So I’m rising in a new light.

I’m not sure what that looks like yet, but I’ll try to keep this space one of becoming rather than a persona veiled in the illusion of mastery.

Vulnerability isn’t my strong suit. I tend to lean towards stoicism, and I’ve seen it isn’t sustainable.

So here’s to a new evolution of self, identity, and purpose.

ALTRD • wellness nightlife

no alcohol, just a space filled with permission to breathe and dance yourself free.

ALTRD breathwork on the dancefloor is designed to naturally make you feel high and liberate your body for your fullest expression.

ALTRD altars around the space to assist you in diving deeper into nervous system regulation, prayer and ritual.

This is footage I from our incredible Earth Day Gathering “Breathe for Us” at Gospel to raise funds for the Amazon and indigenous communities that safe guard the rainforest.

Together we raised $2850 for two incredible organizations @rainforestus @nakufoundation

It is such a deep, deep honor to be curating this event. It is an expression of my love and gratitude for this sacred Earth.

This event is an offering and prayer for NYC and us urban jungle folk who can so easily feel far away from Gaia, our sacred Earth. This vision for this event is to deepen our relationship with the Earth through music, breath, ritual and community.

At Breathe for Us, the intention is to remember our bond with this Earth and to return to unity and harmony with her.

There is so much intentionality behind this event: interactive altars, sustainability guides, and conversation starters, all designed to deepen our harmonious relationship with our sacred Earth.

the gift it is to listen to your
hush between winds
ancient currents beneath stone
water woven melodies
the drop of your dew

she speaks in frequencies
felt more than heard
moving through the heart
like prayer of remembrance
like a song older than language

the indescribable way
the buzz of a hummingbird
activates the heart like bobinsana

the screech of a hawk
splitting timelines in one fell swoop

the tender and ancient
holy flutter of all the winged ones

the nectar of aliveness
in all the budding ones

the fluidity, strength and grace
of all that is submerged beneath the surface

the wildness and regality
the four legged

be still
be here
receive

her medicine is here for you
and lives in her subtle and mighty textures

in moss and mineral
in petals and pollen
in birdsong and salt air
in the scent of rain meeting dry soil
in bare feet pressed into the pulse of the ground

and through her
we remember

how to soften
how to listen
how to live in sacred reciprocity

how to belong again
to the great breathing body of life

how to live in communion
to listen with the whole body
to move with devotion
to let reverence become the way we walk .

just like the birds, the trees, the flowers, the peaks, the valleys, the winged ones, the four legged

my prayer is that we come back to the remembrance of our inherent coherence with our earth mother

may we come back to her heart beat and listen

may we beat in unity

may we relish in her beauty

may we be in service to her all all of humanity

halfway through aries season 🔥

if you’ve been building in your head: planning, circling, refining. this is the week the energy catches up to the vision. six weeks of momentum starts now if you use it.

but here’s the part most people skip: aries energy without structure is just adrenaline. channel it. pick the one thing that moves the needle most and go there first. not everything at once. the thing that scares you a little.

the difference between burning out and breaking through has never been about working harder. it’s about knowing what’s worth your fire. by @star.seeded

if this week has felt heavier than it should, there’s a reason.

we just came off a full moon in libra squaring jupiter in cancer. that’s the emotional volume turned all the way up. relationship patterns you thought you’d moved past resurfacing. the urge to people-please fighting with the part of you that’s done shrinking.

venus square pluto lands this weekend. that’s the deeper layer. power dynamics in relationships. the gap between what you’re tolerating and what you actually want. it doesn’t ask politely.

aries season is pushing you to build, move, go. but your nervous system is asking for something else right now. not stopping. not slowing down forever. just a weekend of coming back to yourself before you give yourself away again.

the slides are your mind, body, spirit reset. use what resonates. leave the rest.

An honest share of how my morning practice has been holding me.

While you may see me on my stories full of energy and excitement, there are deeper layers at play that I choose to share vulnerably to inspire others to take the leap of faith and create the vision.

Courage isn’t acting without fear it’s acting despite it.

This is how I do it.

My morning practice is the space to which I set the tone to how I move throughout my day.
