WELLNESS NIGHTLIFE IN NYC? 🪩✨

Yes! @altrd__ is a wellness nightlife experience that fuses breath work, dance and ceremony. In honor of Earth Day, they hosted a beautiful event at gospeltribe called “Breathe For Us” - where 33% of all ticket sales went to support the Amazon rainforest 🌎

The event was alcohol-free, but still full of so much energy!!!

If you’ve ever wanted to experience nightlife in NYC in a totally different way, you need to check out ALTRD.

Would you go to an event like this?

Tomorrow!!

If we haven’t met yet… Hi! I’m Marissa!

I’m your host, event curator & ceremonialist

The face behind all these emails and IG posts!!

It is such a deep, deep honor to be curating this event. It is an expression of my love and gratitude for this sacred Earth.

This event is an offering and prayer for NYC and us urban jungle folk who can so easily feel far away from Gaia, our sacred Earth. This vision for this event is to deepen our relationship with the Earth through music, breath, ritual and community.

At Breathe for Us, the intention is to remember our bond with this Earth and to return to unity and harmony with her.

There is so much intentionality behind this event: interactive altars, sustainability guides, and conversation starters, all designed to deepen our harmonious relationship with our sacred Earth.

It would be an absolute honor to see you at this event!

Eclipse season… let it do what it do!🔥🔥

It’s a BIG comic push towards your destiny (something - or someone you need to let go of, or something, someone or an idea you need to move forward with, or something you need to embody).

Eclipse season is a powerful time… I’ve had some important and very exciting “meetings” and opportunities bubble forth… beautiful things can start during eclipse season when you don’t resist your path.

And this eclipse season is pivotal - new arenas in relation to worthiness, standing in your power, how you connect to others and more💥💫

“Ritual is activism”

Marissa @star.seeded hosted a very sacred, moving and transformational global meditation last night. During this I felt the call to sit in a place I have found deep peace within chaos, Time Square.

I can not singularly stop the pain being felt by the people or the lands right now, but I can come to this small famous temple and embody peace within the perception of chaos.

Marissa and I spoke of Maat this week; the weighing of the heart.
Maat, in short, holds the ritual of judgment and transcendence. That the heart of any human may be equal or lighter than the feather of the sacred ostrich…

and to this may this Libra new moon and Libra eclipsed sun reflect ultimate balance to the hearts of all beings.

May the collective heart be lighted and may ritual, in all its forms, elevate to lighten the heart of all those who bear witness to it.

Thank you to the ancient,
the sentient,
the cosmic and the unfathomable.

And thank you my dearest sister for facilitating this beautiful journey 🤍💫🕊️
