For decades, the playbook was simple: Go to college ➡️ Update LinkedIn ➡️ Get hired by a giant like Amazon or Walmart.

It worked because "Big Co" hoarded all the resources. You had to be there to win.

We spend so much time avoiding what drains us that we forget to look for what actually fuels us.

Real creative energy works like a battery that recharges while you use it. But you have to intentionally design your day to include those moments.

If you don't make a change to the design, there is no change in the burnout. You can't just go back to getting punched in the face every day and expect it to feel different.

Option 1: The "Overwork Myth" (Strongest insight) Burnout has never been about overwork. It's about a chronic mismatch between effort and meaning.

When we say we are burnt out from "work," it’s too vague. You can't fix "work."
