✨ DIOLCH ALICE ✨

Who’d have thought when Alice was my very first appointment all those years ago that we’d still be here 7 years later. A lot has changed since then but she’s been through it all.

It’s hard to put into words just how much you’ve contributed to Lolfa and Sgiliau and helped shape them into what they are today.
Your loyalty hard work and support have been invaluable, but more than anything I’m grateful for the friendship we’ve built along the way.

You’ve been an incredible role model to so many of our staff who have worked with us over the years and you’ll be massively missed by everyone.

It’s been a sad day all round, but I’m also very grateful that I got to have you alongside me to this point.

Good luck with the next chapter. You’ll absolutely smash it.

Full circle 🔄

12 years ago I was competing at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games alongside Tracey. This week I had the opportunity to be a studio guest and spend a few days at Team Wales House supporting the team.

Topped off the week by blasting Hen Wlad fy Nhadau with your mate on top of the podium 🙌🏽❤️

This is our founders story.

A glimpse behind the scenes of what goes into creating an event like Full Send, what we stand for, and how it all began.

From a simple idea and a big gamble, to thousands of athletes coming together through a shared love of fitness, community, and pushing their limits.

This is how Full Send was born.

Its important to mention here none of this would be possible without the help of our amazing volunteers ❤️ by @steffrhughes
