🔥 July was our busiest month yet.

Thank YOU. Genuinely.

We’re proud to be part of such an incredible Welsh athletic community that keeps showing up, keeps pushing, and keeps trusting us with their health and performance.

A huge thank you to @fullsendsouthwales for letting us be part of their events, and to every athlete who came through our doors.

As we grow, the standard doesn’t move: honest, professional, evidence based care for every client, every time.

Only more to come 🙏💪

Keep raising the bar. We’ll meet you there.

Now that the dust has settled after Full Send, it's nice to look back with a much clearer head.

Every event leaves me with the same feeling afterwards. Months of planning, stress, excitement and adrenaline all come to an abrupt stop, and I'm left completely drained. It's hard to explain unless you've experienced it.

In the build-up, it's easy to become obsessed with numbers. Ticket sales, entries, heat times, logistics. You're so focused on making it work that participants can almost become numbers on a spreadsheet.

Then race weekend arrives.

You see families cheering, teammates embracing, kids inspired by what they're watching, and athletes crossing the finish line after months of hard work. That's when you remember every single entry has a story, a goal, and a reason for being there.

The feedback since the weekend has been incredible, and it's reassuring to know we've achieved what we set out to create.

It wasn't all plain sailing. Sunday's weather forced us to make some quick decisions to keep everyone safe, and I'm really proud of how the team adapted under pressure.

Massive thanks to Luke Jenks for his input... although I think he was secretly hoping to get back on the shovel and wheelbarrow one more time!

None of this happens without our staff and volunteers. They are the backbone of Full Send, and the event simply wouldn't exist without them.

It wasn't until late on Sunday that I finally stopped, looked around, and took it all in. Seeing thousands of people enjoying something that myself and Steff once spoke about as an idea was a pretty surreal moment.

Full Send is becoming more than just an event. It's becoming a community, and that's something we're incredibly proud of.

Thank you to every athlete, volunteer, sponsor and supporter who continues to believe in what we're are building.

Until next time. 🫡✌️

THIS ONE’S PERSONAL

Some events we work. Some events we witness something special.

This weekend, Leighton — ten years part of the Ultrabooth family — crossed the finish line at the Full Send HYROX Sim alongside his teammate Tomas.

Over the last year, we’ve watched him quietly, consistently, completely reinvent himself. Not just physically — but in confidence, focus, and the way he attacks everything in front of him.

We made sure every second was captured. That’s what we’re here for.

Massive thanks to the Full Send team for a brilliant event, and for letting us bring the full Ultrabooth experience — sound system, DJ, lighting, and finishers’ photobooth.

Leighton, we’re proud doesn’t cover it. 💙💪
