We have a few spots left! Register today!! Friday, November 6 | 12–1 PM @pathcowork HQ | $75, lunch included To register | Check the link in our bio! by @stratlab
AI can help you write 100 blog posts. But what if nobody’s looking for any of them? 👀 Before you ask AI what to write, find out what your customers are searching for! 🧐 For November’s AI Power Hour, @jephmaystruck is joined by @kurtvonshirt for WWKD: What Would Kurtis Do?! Kurtis is bringing real examples, real search data, and a live demo to show you how to: 🔎 Find content opportunities hiding in Google Search Console. 🧠 Give AI enough context to create something useful. 🕸️ Build connected website content that answers your customers’ questions. ♻️ Turn one page into a week of social posts. From car loans to a Regina crystal shop, he’ll show how the approach works across different businesses, and build a content plan live for someone in the room. Stop committing random acts of content. Start making things people are looking for. November 6th at 12pm in the @pathcowork boardroom. Lunch included!! Let’s make something worth finding. Grab your ticket, link in our bio! by @stratlab
Had a LOVELY time in Barrhead, Alberta, last week, talking about A.I. and why it still doesn’t take away the magic humans create. I had a short visit to the local coffee shop/bakery/garden centre, De Herdt Gardens in Barrhead and WOW, what an example!

They’re weird (like Leopold’s weird, like in an awesome way). The coffee was great, the pastries looked unreal, and their “marketing” was knowing EXACTLY who they are! And yes, they do have dancing owners on their Instagram! But they also have old family pictures on their website. Umbrellas on the ceiling, funny signs in the washroom (God, I love a funny washroom sign!). This company is doing everything we would tell them to do if we worked with them! What a place to visit before you go on stage and tell people AI can’t take your WEIRD away!! On top of that, the spread they had at this event was incredible, like the food was 5-stars at the Ritz. And you know how I like food. 10/10 would go there again!!

There are some awesome folks in and around Barrhead who care about their work, their community, and learning new tools. Thank you for being wonderful hosts; I had an absolute blast!

Below are some shots from my man Adam! And some of my favourite slides!! HA! #OutCareTheCompetition #StayWeird #BarrheadAlberta #CareMore by @stratlab
WE HAVE OUR WINNERS!!🥳🎉👏 Kevin Wong on Facebook with the story about @zippityzoom and the after hours “toy emergency hotline”. (We have now verified this is a thing and we love them for it!) @chantelle_kelly for her story about Joe’s Deli!! You both won yourselves a $25 gift certificate to Supreme China Bistro!! THANK YOU to everyone who commented, tagged a business or DM’d us a story, they were all fun to read! Man do we have some amazing companies here in Regina!! Some folks definitely do CARE MORE!! Keep sending them! We still want to know who you think CARES MORE in our lovely city. Ok, heading to Joe’s Deli!! 🫡 by @stratlab
WHO CARES more? 🧐🥰 We’re looking for companies and organizations that Care More. Our first feature? Supreme China Bistro in the Vic Square Mall. 😳 Yup. Mall food. It’s my daughter’s favourite restaurant, and I think I know why. They PACK those takeout containers. Like… the elastic band is hanging on for dear life! They care more about the portion. They give you so much food that every time we go back, it feels like we’re getting away with something. It might genuinely be one of the best takeout values in history (may or may not be able to verify this claim). And that’s the point of this series. Caring More doesn’t have to mean changing the world. Sometimes it means giving people a little more than they expected. A little more food. A little more service. A little more attention. A little more effort. Those are the things people remember. NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP. Tag a company or organization below that CARES MORE and tell us WHY. We’ve got two $25 Supreme China Bistro gift certificates for two of our favourite nominations. Tell us where we should film next! WHO CARES MORE? #ReginaSK #YQR #CareMore #OutcareTheCompetition #SupremeChinaBistro by @stratlab

Thanks to everyone who came to our A.I. Power Hour with @theshanechapman and @jephmaystruck! 😎🕺🙌 This A.I. world is changing so fast this workshop covered all new material versus a short three weeks ago. Like every week we’re having a breakthrough or an incredible (sometimes creepy) development. Shane was great. He doesn’t talk about the theory around A.I., nope he shows you what he’s built. It was FASCINATING! Like a fully working deck estimator tool for his company that he built himself (with the help of Claude). I literally had to show someone in a meeting later in the day what he built, it’s that good. In a world that’s constantly changing and the threat to be left behind is there for almost every industry, the only way to stay relevant is to keep learning. Every time we host a workshop I learn something new I didn’t know before the workshop. We are all just students in the world trying to learn as fast as we can. No these images are not A.I. generated, @notalishahidi took them. 😤💪👌 by @stratlab
GO EAT BURGERS FOR A GREAT CAUSE!!! 😍🍔🍔 We love community organizations, we also love community organizations that do innovative fundraising!! The @bbbsregina really out did themselves this time! Until Sept 20, every burger you order at participating restaurants, cash money gets donated to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Regina. It’s really that simple! (And delicious!) We visited @leicesterfamilyrestaurantyxr, @thekegsteakhouse, and @pumpjacks_cathedral and let me tell you, all these burgers were UNREAL!! Go support a great organization and eat a delicious burger! You can also vote for your favourite burger in the @bbbsregina website!! #BigBurgerDays #bigbrothersbigsisters #burgersforacause #yqrlocal #yqrsmallbusinesses by @stratlab
🎒🚨 THIS IS NOT A BACK-TO-SCHOOL CONTEST FOR STUDENTS. 🚨🎒 This one’s for the PARENTS. 😜😎 The moms and dads waking up early, making lunches nobody will eat, finding missing water bottles, getting everyone dressed, locating TWO shoes, and somehow getting the kids out the door on time! 🫡 YOU DESERVE SOMETHING TOO!! We’re giving away five (5) $50 @cornwallcentre gift cards next week to some very deserving parents! One for each day next week!❤️ Maybe $50 doesn’t quite make up for the morning chaos…but a little Kung Pao Wok and some retail therapy certainly can’t hurt. 🤷‍♂️ 👉 Tag a parent who deserves WAY more than a gift card and, if you want, tell us why they deserve a little back-to-school treat! Each comment = an entry. Good luck, parents. You made it. 😂🙌 Winners will be announced and notified on our story next week! by @stratlab
“A person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language” -Dale Carnegie I had to make a video about the power of remembering someone’s “name”. Three stories, first, an amazing book by John Amaechi The Promises of Giants, a friend who hasn’t forgot a name since 2003 (ehem @derekwuregina), and a personal story about how AMAZING the students are at the @uofreginaofficial summer sports camps!! 🙏🙏🙏 All because these students remembered my kids name. That’s it. I’m BAD at remembering names, but I’m getting better! 😤👊 by @stratlab
🚨 AI POWER HOUR IS COMING. 🚨 Join @theshanechapman from @theultimatedeckshop & @jephmaystruck for a fast, practical and occasionally ridiculous hour showing you how we’re actually using AI in our businesses right now. We’ll get into things like: 🤖 Why we use different AIs for different jobs 📄 Reading, analyzing and working with HUGE documents ✏️ Editing, customizing and making AI sound more like you 🧮 Building tools and calculators with AI — sometimes it’s literally just math! 🚐 Troubleshooting real-world problems (including Shane’s camper 😂) 🚧 Finding bottlenecks in your business 🛠️ Building useful AI tools for your website ❤️ And why the goal isn’t “use more AI” — it’s use AI to do better work for people. Plus lunch. Because nobody should have to learn about artificial intelligence while hungry. AI POWER HOUR with Shane & Jeph 📅 Wednesday, September 16 ⏰ 12–1 PM 📍 Path Cowork, Regina 🎟️ $75 Check the link in our bio to register! Real AI. Real businesses. Real things you can actually use. Come hungry. Bring your laptop. Bring your weird AI questions. 😎 by @stratlab
Do you like locally raised delicious BEEF?! 🧐😍 Our friends at @darianfarmsltd.sask have a couple half’s that will be ready soon! DM them or I can put you in touch! Last year we ordered a half cow and it’s the best beef decision I think I’ve ever made.😳 Like, the ground is perfect, best burgers I’ve made. For the rest didn’t have a bad cut. They vac seal all the roasts and steak for easy storage. Cows are raised about a half hour from Regina on a dairy farm. If you are curious about it ask me! We’ve been eating this beef for almost a year and are thoroughly impressed!! Also nice work on the short ribs @will_r_photo 😏🤤 #SupportLocal #SaskBeef #SaskBeefProducers #EatBeef #EatLocal by @stratlab
