Great competition coming to eastern Tennessee on February 20th 2027 in Elizabethton 😎

This is an amazing gym with a picture of Bob Peoples on the wall. Bob deadlifted over 725 pounds at a bodyweight of about 180 pounds. His record still holds!

The gym owner is a great supporter of powerlifting and strength training and a TN USPA State record holder in the Bench Press.

Seal rows are a highly effective, chest-supported horizontal rowing exercise performed while lying face-down on a raised bench, isolating the upper back and lats. By eliminating leg drive and lower back strain, they provide a strict, safe, and stable way to build mass and strength in the traps, rhomboids, and lats.

Key Aspects of the Seal Row:

Muscles Worked:

Primarily targets the lats, mid-back (rhomboids, traps), and rear deltoids.Position: Lying prone on a high bench (or a setup with benches/plates) allows for a full range of motion from a "dead hang".Execution: Keep the chest pressed firmly against the pad throughout the set to prevent using momentum.Benefits: Excellent for individuals with lower back issues as it removes spinal loading.

This is blatant disrespect. Just a reminder we have cameras around this entire place and your membership WILL be canceled. There’s a vacuum, broom and wet mop sitting in the office at all times for spills, etc. This will not be tolerated. We work extremely hard to provide a safe, clean, and fun environment.

At the @strengthfactory.eliz finishing my workout with some posing practice and just checking where I stand starting this prep. Conditioning's on point as always and with 6 months still before the next show. I'm aiming to create a well balanced and complete package. Adding some size while Perfecting symmetry and taking conditioning to the next level is the goal.
