#GratefulToday that I’m finally finished with all my doctor’s appointments this week (4 in 3 days)) and that my podiatrist quickly relieved my pain. Not leaving the house the rest of the week!

In-Office Testing for Orthostatic Intolerance (OI): My Experiences - Everyone with #MECFS has some form of #OI (& many with #longCOVID #fibro #EDS #Lyme) but diagnosis can be tricky. A standing test (in any doctor's office) is much cheaper & easier on you than a tilt table test (and MORE accurate!). #GratefulToday that the new primary care doctor I was assigned is a good one! She understands the basics of ME/CFS (and everything that goes with it), agreed that a new med might be helpful, and even made a great suggestion for this current relapse! Whew, big relief!

After our son's wedding, we enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing few days in southern Delaware, visiting two beaches (and beach towns) we hadn't been to before - Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. We also enjoyed relaxing camping, gorgeous views over marshes with lots of birds, a wildlife refuge, and a Roger Daltry concert!
