🚨 HER FLAG PERFORMANCE TOUR — NATIONAL TALENT CALL 🚨

We’re coming for the next generation of girls flag football.

22 Fitness is officially sponsoring the Her Flag Performance Tour, and the mission is bigger than one camp, one school, or one state.

We’re traveling to train, compete, create, and spotlight the girls and programs building the future of the game. 🌎🏈

We’ve already been on the road at Rutgers, Penn State, Kean, and more — and the talent we’ve seen has been incredible.

But we know there are athletes all across the country who deserve to be seen.

Our next stop is October 8th.

So we’re calling on:

🏈 Athletes
🏈 Teams
🏈 Coaches
🏈 Programs
🏈 Parents

SHOW US YOUR TALENT.

If you’re a girl playing flag football and you have the heart and the vision, we want to know who you are.

If you coach a program we need to visit, DM us.

If you know an athlete who deserves to be discovered, TAG HER BELOW.

We’re looking for the players who will help define the next era of the sport.

The next flag star could be in your backyard.

We’re coming to find her. 👀🌎

The Her Flag Performance Tour made its way to Penn State, and this stop was about more than training.

It was about the people.
The work.
The passion.
And the future of girls flag football.

Every stop gives us another story to tell. Another group of athletes to learn from. Another reminder of why we started this journey.

We’re just getting started.

To every team, coach, and athlete who wants to be part of what we’re building:

We’re coming your way.

📍 Want your program to be the next stop? DM “TOUR.”
