Toronto Fringe Festival? More like Toronto FRIENDS Festival!

I lived, I died, I ate so much ice cream, I only cried once (a personal fringe record)! I met so many old friends and made so many new ones. The hub was hubbing, the shows were showing, and the volunteers were volunteering!

Thanks Fringe! Let’s do it again (after many naps)

concord floral (2025)

people kept asking “how are you doing this?” and here’s the truth

this show simply could not have gotten up without the brilliant mind of @alli_carry who not only executed flawlessly the language of dance in this show, but at times brought to life the most unspecific prescribed ideas. @naomi.kaplan who countless times literally saved the fucking show, indie contracts are hard, everyone does everything but Naomi truly did every single job on this show and i’m eternally grateful. @__jacobwillis for busting his ass constantly in helping get the show up, this is the next big producer of toronto theatre and i have no doubts about that. @benyoganathan your music is haunting and beautiful, and that karaoke track is actually so fire. @betty.fann thank you for stepping in last minute and calling the show so flawlessly, you’re what keeps this team sane. @emwestray thank you for hopping onboard and just getting to work right away. @irvnely happy birthday thank you for your trust and faith, your designs continue to be a dream. @gin.momm thank you for the thousands of sleepless nights trying to get two shows up, i say this for you and for me, please rest. @kai.korven your specificity is under-appreciated and i hope you become one of the biggest sound engineers in the industry and keep making music! @allyamzie my business partner, thank you for continuously pushing, challenging and holding me to a high standard, let’s keep going! To the cast @arjunkxlra @rach_heron @koledurnford @penniesandquarterss @micaelajansevan @chrystal.tam @_myawong @trinlloyd @meg.gbsn @claraclown01 you all blow me away with your dedication and craft. hard to believe we only spent 138ish hours on this.

anyways, like a shadow i’m passing over back to bed
