ISI Tega Cay HYROX Washington DC 2026 Recap!

We are so incredibly proud of every single one of our athletes who participated in the DC HYROX this past weekend. They have put in the work and trained hard these last few months. They should be incredibly proud of themselves! HYROX is not easy by any means. But it is a great mental and physical challenge that ANYONE is capable of! It was also amazing to see how our Tega Cay community formed together and helped cheer them on during their training as well as from afar while they were competing. Tega Cay is really one big family that enjoys supporting others as they work towards their goals.

As more HYROX races come up in the future, we hope that more of our community is ready to take on the challenge. It is so rewarding to cross that finish line knowing you gave it all you got. If you run the whole thing, great! If you walk the whole thing, amazing! What matters is you showed up. Whatever the reason may be that you decide to do a HYROX, just know that we will be your biggest supporters!

If you have any questions about HYROX or want to have a more in depth conversation about what it entails, we are here for you. Feel free to message us on Instagram or come into the facility and ask our staff as all of them have now completed a HYROX themselves. 💚

MA DAAWWWGGG 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 and I just completed one of the most mentally and physically challenging things EVER!

We pushed thru every challenge with laughs, grit, and “if I stop, imma bitch” 🤣🤣🤣

So thankful for this incredible group of humans who supported us every step of the way, along with everyone who cheered us on from home. 🫶 This trip is definitely one for the books and one I’ll never forget.

And a HUGE thank you to my partner—because if you hadn’t just gone ahead and signed me up 😂, I probably never would’ve experienced any of this. And a HUGE thank you to @__kenna_joy__ @kenna.media.co for all the top tier footage! ❤️ appreciate ya!

FIRST HYROX IN THE BOOKS! 🏁🔥

Not going to lie... this was MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING 💀😤 but hands down one of the best fitness experiences l’ve ever had.

Me and my partner stepped into our first
HYROX with no idea exactly what to expect, and we showed up, pushed through every station, and finished STRONG! 💪🏽 🔥

Was it hard? ABSOLUTELY.
Did I want to quit? A FEW TIMES. 😂
Would I do it again? 1000%.

Huge S/O to my coworker @j.edling for encouraging me to sign up. Sometimes you just need somebody to push you outside your comfort zone! 🙌🏽
