“I’m the best blue belt in the world.”

He says he’s the best blue belt in the world.
He’s a little salty that @eatpals won’t sponsor him.
He never drills but somehow makes everything look easy.
He is good at literally everything.
Fellow teammate @ben_hill____ whoops him 7 times outta 10

But yet here we are still making claims @official.kingkai
So, if you are a blue belt and think you can submit Kai- you’re welcome to come challenge him.

Rules of engagement:
1. Come to Bristol Jiu Jitsu
2. Find Kai
3. SUBMIT Kai
4. Must be a blue belt
5. Must not get submitted by Kai
6. Win $100

Pretty simple. All you gotta do is beat Kai.

And Kai, good luck…

As cliché as it sounds, there’s never a bad day on the mats.

Had a conversation earlier, “I’ve been thinking about starting, my good buddy always raves about it and how good it is for mental health.”

Your good buddy is right, there’s nothing that (I’ve experienced) that can positively affect mental health like jiu jitsu can.
