I’ve spent so much of the last 12 months questioning whether I was doing enough, progressing enough, becoming enough.

Then I actually looked back.

Multiple CrossFit comps. 🏋🏼‍♀️
My first CrossFit podium 🥉
A half marathon with basically no training and the flu. 🏃🏼‍♀️
HYROX.
Walking over 50km overnight.
My first sub 30 minute 5km, which is now somehow the norm. Huge lifting PBs.
Turf Games with the @lskd crew.
Representing some of my favourite brands

All while juggling motherhood, business, injuries, burnout, life and surviving one of the most challenging years I’ve had with my mental health.

And I didn’t do any of it alone.

My kids gave me a reason to keep showing up, even on the days I didn’t feel like myself. My friends held me together, hyped me up, made me laugh when I needed it and reminded me of my strength when I couldn’t see it for myself.

Turns out I wasn’t falling behind.

I was becoming someone I’m really proud of.
I’m still struggling. I’m still finding my way through some of it.

But I’m not where I was.

I’m stronger, louder, braver and more certain of who I am.

And if this is what I can do while fighting through one of the hardest years of my life, I cannot wait to see what happens next.

I’m only just getting started. 🥹🥹

@tysonmaherr & @_brodiemae from GRIT both lined up to complete sodium sweat testing today.

2 athletes, identical interval style session, HUGE variance in results!

We are currently conducting the testing FREE as part of a study for a limited time. Reach out if you want to get on the list 🙌

It’s honestly crazy how many opportunities fitness brought into my life.

When I was abroad, I couldn’t help but think about the fact that I literally took one of my passions and just made it a part of what I do. Not only that but it’s given me my people, my community, and my friends…even all the way across the world.

I can’t imagine who or where I’d be without it.
Grateful for this community of people who do hard sh*t🫶🏻

I’ve spent the last two nights holding space for mothers.

Arguably some of the strongest individuals walking the earth, going through some of the hardest seasons of their lives…taking a moment for themselves (but really to show up better for their kiddos)…

There are no words that will ever do justice to the magic of these spaces we share together so I won’t even try…

Simply by being together and breathing together.

Not one of these women walked out the same as she walked in…

What a gift. What an honour. What a privilege for me to be able to give back to the women who hold the world together - most often invisibly.

So, my one message for you today is: GO HUG A MUM. Tell her you see ✨her✨

It may just make the world a little better place to be 😉

Also - massive thanks to @_brodiemae who captured SO many gorgeous moments, I can’t wait to share ❤️‍🔥
