Still thinking about this night 🤩🔥 @_dancewithkim brought something completely new to Kaizen with her Throwdown dance class, and WOW did we have fun. Popular hip-hop & R&B hits, the lights down, all the fun lights on, and suddenly the studio felt like a dance club. 💃🏻🕺🏻 You never really knew what was coming next, you just followed along. And when a song got a little trickier, Kim slowed it down, taught us what was coming, and then we put it all together. You sweat. You laugh. You mess up. You try again. And somehow you leave already wanting to do it again because you know you could get even better! The endorphin boost from dancing is REAL, and judging by how nobody wanted this class to end… we weren’t the only ones feeling it. Thank you, Kim, for coming to Kaizen and giving us one wicked fun night. We’re already hoping this isn’t the last Throwdown. 😉🪩✨ #ThrowDown #ThrowDownDance #Dance #FitnessFun #Kaizen

MICHELLE’S INSPIRING TRANSFORMATION AT TYPE ONE FITNESS From walking into a fitness facility for the first time to leading a full studio. On January 20, 2023, Michelle Cartier joined Type One Fitness with her daughter, Mary, who had recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Michelle had never stepped inside a fitness facility before. She began training with Tyson, committed herself to the process, and continued showing up—even when the journey was difficult. Today, Michelle is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Type One Fitness. Her Sunday morning OneFit Build & Burn™ class regularly fills the studio with members who love her energy, encouragement, and ability to help people believe in themselves. This Sunday, July 19, marks Michelle’s one-year anniversary as a member of the Type One Fitness team. Join us at 9:15 AM as we celebrate Michelle, her extraordinary transformation, and the positive impact she now makes in the lives of others. Michelle’s journey is proof that you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply need the courage to take the first step—and the commitment to keep going. Congratulations, Michelle. We are incredibly proud of you! #MichelleStrong #TypeOneFitness #TransformationStory #OneFitBuildAndBurn #CommunityChangesLives

Beach days with a baby are not exactly “grab a towel and go.” They’re more like: pack the Pop ‘N Go Playpen, reusable swim diapers, portable changing pad, linen baby carrier, sunscreen applicator, sun protection hat… and then hope for the best. That’s why we asked Kim Nelson ( @_dancewithkim ) — working mom and beach-day pro — to share her beach baby essentials. Because we believe the best baby product advice comes from the moms who have already hauled half their house to the sand.
