It’s been a little over 2 months since I experienced my miscarriage, and since then life has been BUSY with more responsibilities at work.

Through all the stress that life brings, the gym will always be my escape. 🩷

More workout videos coming soon as the gym gets closer to being finished! 🙏🏼

🎀 PINK IT OUT, STRONGHER! 🩷

A little pink, a lot of sweat, and even more love! 🥹💕

Today’s StrongHER was about more than just a workout. We showed up, challenged ourselves, and celebrated the strength of women while honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀

My favorite part of coaching will always be the community we’re building. Women showing up for themselves, encouraging one another, and growing stronger together. 🫶🏼

Thank you to every woman who spent her Saturday morning with me. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been showing up every week, you are what makes StrongHER so special. 🩷

Strong women. Strong community. StrongHER. 💪🏼🎀

This is what CONSISTENCY looks like in just ONE MONTH.

Not perfection. Not overnight results. Just showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

The waist is coming in. The body is changing. The confidence is growing.

And the best part? WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED.

Imagine what another 30 days of consistency can do…

Stop waiting for the “perfect time.”

The stronger, healthier, happier you is on the other side of your comfort zone!

Guys, WE WON!!🥹
Best of Texas for Health Club / Personal Training Studio.

To anyone who’s helped along the way, I can’t thank y’all enough especially our girls who choose us and trust us in their fitness journey. 🩷

11 months of Eleva to this day.
This time last year I took a leap of faith, and we were getting ready to open.

And I did this when my son was 1.5 years old.. not sleeping through the night and I had 4:00am wake up calls while running on broken sleep. I had my days where I questioned if I can keep going…

Thankfully I have help now 🙏 @tipswith_marie @coach_slo lets go ladies 🙌🏻🥳

This was by far THE HARDEST THING I EVER HAD TO DO but THE BEST thing I ever did.

Once again, THANK YOU to everyone- from the bottom of my heart ❤️

In life, you go through a lot of ups and downs.

The same goes for building your own business.

You have to jump in, do the work, and keep putting one foot in front of the other; even when you don’t know exactly where each step will lead.

Somehow, all of my steps have led me here: working alongside two strong, determined, and resilient women. 🫶

It was such an honor to step into becoming one of the first trainers hired at Eleva. It was new stomping grounds for me, an opportunity that helped free up time for Caro to continue running and growing her business, while also giving me the space to grow as a trainer.

And now, we have the honor of having Marie on the team. She’ll be providing our community with services focused on endurance training, something she is incredibly passionate about.

Together, we’re building the Eleva community, and I couldn’t be happier to have these two women by my side as we continue to build, grow, and elevate. 💪🫶

And a huge shoutout to Carolina. What started as one leap of faith, followed by a whole lot of determination, struggle, and perseverance, has brought us here.
Now we’re getting ready to step into Q4 with a new space and Eleva’s 1-year anniversary right around the corner.

Let’s go team! 💪

Self care Monday!!!!

@cristina.dot.garcia showed up questioning life just like I did. Lucky for us today turned into a one on one session.

Turned up the worship music and did some TLC on the muscles.

Talk about complete zen’d out!

Great session.

My heart is so full after today 🥹🤍

So thankful to Caro & Eleva for believing in the vision, trusting me to help bring it together, and creating a space where community can truly come together. And Slo, thank you for jumping in, supporting, and being part of it all. 🫶🏼

A HUGE thank you to Pickle Time, State Farm, Veracruz Tacos & Snowie for showing up and supporting our Eleva community. Supporting small businesses that support one another means everything. 🤍

And to my friends who continue to show up for me through every idea, event, and crazy little venture I decide to take on 😂 — I love you and appreciate you more than you know.

Today was truly a team effort, and I’m so grateful I got to be a part of bringing it to life. 🤎✨
