POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some days, one of us does the heavy lifting. Other days, the roles reverse.

We each bring our own passions, perspectives, and ideas to the life we’re building together. And perhaps the most beautiful part of it all is knowing we always have someone in our corner.

Through the uncertainties, the victories, and everything in between, we keep showing up for each other.

And sometimes, we just pick each other up and laugh.

ICYMI, after outgrowing The Mart as we knew it, we had the opportunity to pop over to the studio right across the hall! We are so so sooo excited to be able to offer you all new resources and more space and cannot wait to share it with you all. As a big thank you to everyone who has ever contributed to our mission, we’re hosting a Mart-warming party, outside of weekly open studio, to celebrate our new home and the people that helped build it. We love you 💜

Jacksonville doesn’t need another store. It needs a point of view.

The Inventory Room is our answer — a place where art, interiors, objects, color, ritual and everyday life all live together.

Built by Fitz Pullins and Steve Williams, a design couple who have spent years creating spaces, collecting things, making art, traveling, and paying attention to what makes a room — and a life — feel interesting.

We’re bringing all of that home to Jacksonville.

Not just things to buy. Things to live with. Things to talk about. Things worth keeping.

We walked for hours through the famous Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen in Paris—wandering from market to market and finding inspiration around every corner.

It reminded me that sourcing is its own form of art.

It’s learning to notice the patina, craftsmanship, scale and beautiful imperfections that a photograph could never fully capture. It’s recognizing the one object that makes you stop, not because it’s perfect, but because it makes you feel something.

Collecting these pieces and bringing them together in a room is an act of creative expression. Each object becomes part of a larger composition, carrying its own history while helping us tell a new story.

I left creatively recharged and even more certain of what I want The Inventory Room to become.

The best interiors aren’t simply decorated. They’re collected, composed and felt.
