Had the best time at the @englishbench2025 😁

M1 63kg 🥇

87.5kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️ PB 🥳

Definitely the most relaxed I’ve ever been at a comp and it was great to see so many friends. Even got to meet a couple of people in person for the first time after following each other on here for ages @scarlett.strength @mark_henkelis 👋

Had so much fun sharing a warm up bench and the platform with USM teammate @_tiana.e as well as @ali.heather84 🥰

Well done to everyone from @unifiedstrengthmethods who competed 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Client's words 🙏🏽❤

Just sharing a few words from one of my clients who is on an hypertrophy (increasing muscle size) programme but also still building to increase her strength so I have primarily added in compound movements followed by accessories to help with hypertrophy. Consistency is key here.
