Soft opening success for @coffeebymello ! Words cannot begin to express how proud of @aaronmello_ I am. I remember five years ago sitting on the couch having a slow morning, sipping coffee together and talking about how amazing it would be to turn his passion for coffee into a business. Now look at him! @aaronmello_ & @vinceattonito have curated an experience for customers that is not your average sugary milkshake coffee that is so “trendy” at the moment. It’s GOOD coffee with quality, scratch made ingredients and coffee sourced from local friends. From the bottom of all of our hearts, thank you for supporting @coffeebymello ! And if you’re a Twin Peaks fan, just know that this is a “damn fine cup of coffee!”

We picked up the star of the show today: our Rocket Espresso Boxer. While it’ll be a little longer until it’s pulling shots in the trailer, I couldn’t wait to get some elusive beauty shots in the meantime. A huge thank you to @leyden_street_coffee for getting this up and running for us 🤘🏼 #rocketespresso #coffeetrailer #coffeeshop

From the very beginning, we knew that branded cups were essential to what we’re building. If you’ve been following along for a bit, you might remember that the logo (and the cup design that followed) was one of the first things I started working on years ago to make this all feel real. Our brand identity has always played a big role in how we operate, especially coming from a background in photography (and sales and marketing). Today marked another small step forward—we installed a few trailer essentials and brought along some cups for their first proper beauty shots. I’ll share more soon about the thought process behind our cup choices, but for now, tell a friend we’ll be opening soon. And a quick shoutout to Google for making it impressively difficult to get our business listed so until that’s sorted, keep an eye here for the most up-to-date days and times to stop by 🤘🏼

We recently took delivery of our trailer we had custom built from the ground up out West. Needless to say it was just in time to meet over 3 feet of snow. Looking ahead to April! In the meantime we are excited to share a look behind the scenes as we get everything where it needs to be. While we finalize our menu, tell us your go to coffee order… GO!
