Slow mornings, meaningful moments. ✨🧘‍♀️

We gathered for a beautiful holistic experience led by @citygaltravel —a morning dedicated to reconnecting with the mind, body, and soul. From grounding yoga and a calming sound bath @adeleouyang to refreshing mini facials @beautybyhayde.ny, every moment invited us to slow down, breathe, and be present.

Set in the serene and beautiful space at @hausofk.live, the morning was made even sweeter with thoughtful goodies—from our favorite K-beauty treats and energizing drinks to the crowd-favorite Sourmilk yogurt. 💛

Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared your energy. Here’s to creating more spaces where wellness, connection, and community come together.

Had the best time co-hosting this wellness event with @citygaltravel at @hausofk.live

We flowed, breathed, rested, and recharged with a beautiful yoga class, a deeply relaxing sound bath, and mini facials. It was such a fun reminder that taking care of yourself can also be joyful and shared in community.

And can we talk about the gift bags?! 😍 Packed with amazing Korean skincare products that everyone got to take home.

A huge thank you to @swiiyo, @getsourmilk, and @evoenergybeverage for keeping us fueled with delicious drinks, yogurt, and good energy throughout the event! ✨

Already looking forward to the next one! 💛

Most of us have been taught to lead our lives from the mind—through willpower, productivity, and motivation.

But what if true self-leadership begins in the body?

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, it’s not a lack of motivation—it’s often your nervous system working to protect you. When your body feels safe, you gain clarity, trust your instincts, and lead yourself with intention instead of reacting from stress.

Join @onegirlinc for a Somatic Self-Leadership Workshop to explore how your nervous system shapes your decisions, relationships, and ability to move forward. Through education, guided reflection, and experiential practices, you’ll learn to shift from autopilot to intentional action.

✨ Increase self-awareness
✨ Understand your triggers and patterns
✨ Learn practical nervous system tools
✨ Strengthen self-trust and resilience
✨ Cultivate authentic self-leadership

Led by @adeleouyang, a certified business coach, somatic practitioner, and speaker who helps individuals and organizations address the root causes of burnout, disengagement, and reactive leadership: the nervous system. Drawing on over a decade of personal and professional reinvention, Adele developed her proprietary Inner CEO Method—a body-based, science-informed approach that rewires subconscious patterns, builds emotional regulation, and creates lasting shifts in how people lead, communicate, and perform.

Many get stuck in loops:
Always looking for the next trigger.
Diving deeper and deeper into healing.
This can become a trap if you’re not conscious within the process.

The focus can become endless healing without asking:
“What am I doing all of this healing work for?“

That’s the conversation I had with @adeleouyang here on IG yesterday.

This is especially for you if you’re a female entrepreneur who is either in her healing or expansion season.

We cover topics like how we prepare on a nervous system level before going on stages. And how to step into rooms that expand you into your next level identity.

Go watch the IG Live and comment your biggest aha moments. Let us what what you want us to dive deeper on.🔥

Values are the first pillar of building your main character.

Because when your values are unclear, your decisions get shaped by fear, scarcity, approval, and survival.

And eventually?
That shows up in your money.

Your relationship with money reflects more than your finances.
It reflects your self-worth, your standards, your patterns, and your willingness to trust yourself. Put another way…it affects your confidence.

Healing your relationship with money is part of healing your identity.

You’re not just trying to make more.
You’re becoming the kind of person who moves with confidence in life, decisions, and money.

Watch how you act when money is involved.
That’s your real level of confidence.

You don’t become the main character by chance.
You become her the moment you stop hesitating.

Follow + save if you’re done playing small with money.
